There were some troubles

Place,Cleanliness, near 24h working Tesco store
Air condition wasn't worked. Staff provided heaters. I need asked 2 times for electric adapters, because provided 3 adapters were broken. Got one. I've 3 time booked in Go Native Stratford East (Ilford, Essex) - before. That's really 4 stars hotel ! But, they changed policy, booking for 2-3 days are not allowed.

Pleasant stay

Location. Kitchen facilities. Location.
Mostly nice. Unfortunately staff did not attend to faults reported in the room.

very suitable

clean, quiet, practical
Two 'negatives' I'd like to mention in an otherwise very good review. 1) the sofa is so low it is no more than a glorified dog bed. Very difficult to get up from, and the 'sitting' position impossible. Yes it looks good and matches the design, but it's not comfortable and so not fit for purpose 2) trying to find the hotel at night, in a part of London we're unfamiliar with, the absence of a distinguishing external sign makes it very hard to find. Of course premises don't display the street numbers anymore. Otherwise, very good, clean and quiet. PS The '1' given for food is because we didn't have any, Why isn't there a 'does not apply' button?

Spacious rooms, comfortable, good location
We stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment and chose GNK for its location, just a few minutes walk to the underground station. The Tesco right next door which is open 24 hours was very convenient, the pizzeria opposite was excellent. Altogether our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our only criticism: the cupboard doors in the kitchen and one bedroom kept opening i.e. did not close properly, the shower holder in the bathroom is faulty, these need to be fixed.

great location for Olympia

great location for conference at Olympic. very acceptable room with everything needed for self catering. Good value especially if two people sharing the room.
Second time I have stayed here and would use again if staying overnight in this part of London. Carpets a bit tired in hallways but room well equipped and in good condition. I did not try the food as I ate out and used the self catering facilities for breakfast.

Fair deal

1) the mattress is good. 2) the price is reasonable. 3) the washing machine and dish washing machine helped us a lot
The hotel is located in a good location which is around 8-10 minutes from the tube station. As it's still in zone 1 and it's on two tube lines, it's pretty convenient to go everywhere. The mattress is good which made us slept comfortably despite of our jet lag. Yet the pillows are a bit too soft and I would prefer a combination of two hard pillows and two soft ones so that guests can choose what is good for them, given that the hotel provided four pillows in total. It's great to have cooking essentials as well as the washing machine which saved us money and time. Yet I agreed with some of the other reviews that the automatic sensor for the light of the bathroom is stupid. The light just go off at least twice in your bath and you need to keep moving the door of the shower area to switch it on again. An automatic sensor for light is definitely a high-tech setting but I would prefer it not for the bathroom, would be better for the sitting room or the bedroom. Overall speaking the hotel is good in terms of the relatively cheaper price in London. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel would be perfect if the automatic light sensor of the bathroom could be removed.

Almost perfect

The appartment had everything you could need and tesco next door and The White Company toiletries . Great Italian restaurant across the road!
Our stay was perfect. My only complaint was that the drain for the shower wasn't adequate enough for the power of the shower. So the floor was soaked, to the point that the thick fluffy bath mat and hand towel were dripping wet and floor still sopping. Was too late to notify reception. Both rooms were the same 116,117

Go for long stay

room space big enough; have washing machine; staffs are helpful
Too far from metro especially you have lots of baggage. Air-conditioning system is no work.

Nice studio accommodation,

the room, location and the price
The room is relatively and spacious. There is no room service over the weekend. The hotel is next to Tesco and 800m to earl court station. The reception can be more helpful but overall, it is a good option for my next trip to London.
