Excellence in Hong Kong.
I got a good deal on the Room, stayed 3 nights. The room was excellent, light and clean. I ate in the Hotel on all 3 nights. the buffet was very good but I enjoyed the lobby rib roast the most. Fantastic Filipino Singer, one of the best i have heard. Pool was nice, although couldn't get a drink served there but no big deal.

Great hotel for beach, need more professional staff
The hotel is 5 min walk from Gold Coast Beach, 10 min walk from a mall with supermarket and >10 restaurants, convenient if u are looking for a weekend get away from the city. Customer service staff could be more professional. We opted for non smoking room and there was no non smoking room left. Staff sounded impatient to explain the status of non smoking rooms in the hotel and not very willing to arrange another room for us when we found our assigned room (on a smoking floor) smelled strange. They did arrange another room on the same smoking room for us in the end and it smelled ok.)
