My initial plan was to reach early for check in at the hotel. I already remark during booking that i want to check in early. Unfortunately, i was late and i reached there by 3 o clock. Sadly, receptionist never aware about my stay and the room was not ready. I was informed to wait until 4 o clock. But at 4 o clock when i was enter the room, still the room not ready. i call the receptionist and they treat me bad. After a long quarrel, the cleaner was coming and i just drop the call in unsatisfied feeling. the condition of room was not good. the window was unlock and can be open at 17 floor, it was very dangerous for my kids. Overall, if you see the room, its lack of maintenance. Many thing was broken. The TV also don't have a remote with no satellite channel and still using typical heavy box dinosaur age type. After that i bring my kids to the pool and what i would recommend that if anybody want to have a nice pool, please find another hotel.

Good experience, nice hotel view, will recommended to my friends. Breakfast could be improve in future. I will come back again to this hotel for my next visit to Klang.

I had nightmare stay and it was for the first time in my last 18years of traveling across globe. One of the dirtiest, internet signal so weak you cannot connect ,terrible breafast with unhygenic food-flies all around, tea pot probably not washed for months...so on so forth.

This hotel is centrally located and easily reached
It is centrally located with Good courteous staffs and a lot of parking space.

My stay in this hotel is tagged as fair. It was a 4 stars hotel but this shall be reviewed. But the for the price paid, I do understand now. The lifts were confusing. The reception desk was at 9 th floor but this shall be highlighted in the web. The ground floor was not welcoming at all. A lot can be done.
