Location is excellent. Facilities is not good.
Actually, it was managed as hotel. Only one key with pass was offerred, you must use the pass to go to the floor of your room and the level of swimming pool and also go out from the hotel. That means you could not split your family into two teams, you must go altogether for every thing. Two bed rooms inside the apartment but the airconditioner of one bedroom was out of order and the fubction was replaced by a mobile airconditioner which was very noisy and you could not solve the problem of heat emission from it's back. Heat water for bathing was not provided 24 hours. You may need to turn on the water heater in bathroom but the electircity for the room may be short circuit. You need to resume it at the MCB. As it was for long term residencial, tooth blush, tooth paste and hair dryer, etc or any other material which should appear in a hotel would not be available. The location was crazy good as it was very close to the Suria Plaza KLCC. However, you should be prepared for the serious traffic jam during weekdays from day to nighttime.

Reasonable price
If you looking for location with budget, this apartment is the best choice. Overall the room is quite basic, they always lack of service. More like B&B style.

Will stay again
We found Golden Triangle to be in a superb central location, staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was a pleasant place to stay. It isn't a hotel, so don't expect mini-bar or things like that but a good size room with a good view, we enjoyed it and will stay there again.

Near to KLCC and Bukit Bintang
Location was fantastic. As there are no reception counter used for these bookings, look out for men wearing white long sleeve business shirts who are the people you will check in with. We waited for quite a while because we didn't know who to look out for.

Better options @ this price
(-) Traffic jam at all times, better stay away from office area, not all fats are facing towards twin tower (+) facilities is good 500 meters from twin towers, good food options under food court of Suria KLCC mall

Although the location was a plus because it is just a 2 mins walk from the Petronas towers, check in and check out was troublesome. Because this is not a hotel, but rather a condotel that the owner of a couple units leases out , he assigns several staff to sort of act like your concierge in a hotel. So imagine when you check in, there is a possibility that no one would be there to welcome you, and the staff in that building aren't friendly at all, they would tell you outright that they have nothing to do with you. And when i informed them that we were checking out 7:00 am the ff morning, we were told that they would be in our room before 7:00 am to collect the keys and return our refund. Because no one showed up by 7:00 and we had to rush to their airport which was 60kms from our condotel, we decided to wait for them at the lobby, we had to call them twice, i guess their alarm didn't work? They were 20 mins late. Such irresponsible people.

Terrible Management
Pros : 1. Great location - very convenient, nearby to KLCC and Pavilion Cons : 1. I have requested to check in early the day before. Called them and they told me that there will be extra charges for early check in and asked me to email them the time for my check in so that they can tell me the extra rate they are charging. NO REPLY! Called them the next morning (on my check in day) and they insisted that NO EARLY CHECK-IN is allowed! We were there an hour earlier, they told us that they will arrange for us to check in but it turns out that WE WERE THERE FOR AN HOUR WAITING FOR NOTHING! NO EARLY CHECK IN IS POSSIBLE EVENTHOUGH I HAVE REQUESTED FOR SO MANY TIMES, EVENTHOUGH I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR THE EXTRA CHARGES! 2. They gave us the wrong room! Booked two one-bedroom suite but they ended up giving us only one one-bedroom suite and one normal bedroom as TOO many people checked in at the same time (everyone at 3pm) so the management got confused. We left after checking in, bumped into them at the lobby and asked them to switch the room for us. Two hours later, when we were back in the condo, to our surprise, our room was NOT changed!!! Called them and they asked us to change it by OURSELVES! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS? They offered to switch room with the other customer who mistakenly got our room without even cleaning it! HOW CAN YOU ASKED SOMEONE TO GO INTO A ROOM THAT HAS BEEN OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITHOUT ANY HOUSEKEEPING BEFOREHAND?! 3. We requested for two single beds in one of our suite beforehand but was not informed that they are not available until we asked during check in. All in all, the management needs to improve their service!
