Bad service!
We arrived in this hotel at 17th of May with us expecting our room to be ready and prepared knowing that we booked almost 2 months prior to our arrival date! But unfortunately, upon arrival, Ian the bellboy greeted us and welcome us nicely, and when we reached the desk, your receptionist Prachna, she didn't even greeted us or even give us a smile and she seemed like she don't want to entertain us, she just immediately said the room alloted for us is not yet ready without even giving an explanation. The Filipina receptionist is the one who explained to us that it has a leakage problem or what-so-ever that made them decide to transfer us to another hotel which is another golden tulip in Al Barsha (which is an another awful hotel with disrespectful and rude staff! And A/C is not working at all! And their internet is limited to 500mb only and can't even use in face-book!) We stayed for a night there in Golden Tulip Al Barsha and we asked them to transfer as back to Al Thanyah the day after and early in the morning. We didn't mind so much of us transferring to another hotel, but the way your staff, specially your receptionists, talked and dealt with us is really unacceptable! I think you should work on training your staff on how to deal properly and respectfully with the guests. Besides, you're all in hospitality industry and this is the first thing that your staff need to know! But Ian and the Filipina receptionist made a better job than anyone else in your hotel.

very very bad hotel
Honestly, Do not be deceived by the pictures available on the websites. We had the worst experience ever, the hotel management are not available, staff are handcuff can not take any decision, nasty rooms, very old furniture and finally the breakfast is horrible. In conclusion, this hotel is not for people with middle or high stranded of living.
