good location, close to heritage area, good view to the river

it was good stay. it can be raked as 3 star, but i don't recommend taking taxis from the ones parked in front the hotel as they're expensive.

Very poor standards and service

This hotel is rated as 5 star but I wouldn't rate it for more than 4 stars. The room looked as if it was last renovated in the 70s. First time I took a shower the bath flooded. Internet speed was too low to make a voip call. Breakfast was the poorest possible. Staff in the reception was unacceptably incompetent and unprofessional. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Also the room was quiet.

Good hotel in great location

friendly service

Google maps shows the location as being within walking distance of the station in the Medina so I decided to stroll down - after about 20 minutes I realised that the Hotel was not where it was shown on the map (or Agoda!) and had to ring for help. A short taxi ride restored things, and I was welcomed warmly by the staff, although I needed to use French to communicate clearly. Hotel has good facilities and is clean and spacious, great fruit bowl in the room kept me going for two days. Well-placed for strolls round Medina, Kasbah and Mausoleum, good location for a weekend stay although a little expensive.
