Super comfy bed, location, nice pool
Lovely, but each time I went to the desk to check on check out, etc there was just one frazzled looking staff trying to do everything! Need more front staff to make it a quicker experience. The room was nice, but a bit dark and businessy. Great location just off of suk.

We had a vry nice stay, the rooms were junior suites and the staff were extremely helpful. The even moved our room because children were playing in the pool on a morning when I didn't need to be awake early. I didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. If there was a downside, breakfast could have been better.

Overall I'd stay somewhere else. Absolutely wasted my time talking to the front desk girl trying to solve a problem that would have cost the hotel no money to fix. Really quite unbelievable that they are so focused on being right rather than looking at the bigger picture. Even three star hotels have enough common sense to try and make the customer happy most of the time.

The staff go out of their way to help you. The rooms a large and comfortable. The pool is good.
