Good place to stay

Very clean for Yangon, good location, comfort
7
The hotel was completely renovated recently...so most of previous comments are outdated. Very clean, located in nice neighborhood close to many restaurants in an expat residential area. Some flows...staff English, some rooms at ground level are not so nice as no real window, breakfast is big, but cold omlets, butter is not kept in cold, usual Myanmar sweet bread... Also very friendly staff and owner that are really trying about everything.

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed

staff was nice
2.7
This place was the most expensive and worst place I stayed in Myanmar. - The bed sheets were dirty (sticky and full of hair). Probably not changed for a while - The bathroom hadn't been cleaned for ages. Just guessing from the many urine drops ... - The room was next to the power generator that switched on during the night at every electricity cut. - The location is pretty bad unlike what some comments say. We walked for an hour and finally took a taxi to get to the city center (Paya Sule) - Of course no breakfast included (unlike all other hostels in Myanmar) ...

Hotel: filthy. Location: reasonable.

Staff friendly, helpful and simultaneously sloppy., location good for a stay of 2 days.
5.3
At arriving dirty towels, dirty beds. bedding, dirty room and a shower and bathing under water stopped. After request a better room, but also primarily with dirty, used towels and toilet paper. After asking they change all the things, Staff is friendly Hotel not suitable for disable people, There is no elevator

Overpriced run down mouse hole

situation: at least you have a fair choice of restaurants opposite on other side of the street!
5
The typical burmese totally over-charged place to stay at the moment: lots of money for very-poor-to-nothing-standard! A run down mouse hole with an even smaller bathroom, but a tub in it! I had one of the 2 or 3 rooms at the ground floor which should have sold for at least half the price!
Restaurant Tip: Good choice of restaurants opposite down the street.

Buona posizione
