A good overnight stay
This fit our requirements. We just wanted a place to sleep in overnight after watching a concert at the MOA Arena. The room was spacious enough, and so was the shower. The cabinet was wobbly, though and was in danger of toppling over so we didn't use it. The staff, on the other hand, are very accommodating and friendly.

Good if you want to catch the bus. Bad if you want to sleep.
Only sleep I got was when I caught the bus. Noise from street and bus terminal all night kept me awake. No hot water in the shower either. Room was clean and location at the bus terminal can't be beaten.
