We arrived late around 11:30 pm. Service was very fast as we were tired and was able to get to the room right away.
Like I said, it was very convenient for people arriving late at night. Just a few minutes walk from the victory liner, you are able to get to your room immediately after a quick check in. I will come back again on my next vacation.

OK Hotel

We waited for 5-6 hours to able to checked in.I understand there is check in time but it's already check in time(12:00)and we still can't get our room. They said let's wait for available room, until finally hour later were able to check in.If you check in early they will charged you 500 Philippines pesos.Stayed here for 3days.Very disappointment with the room.too small, atleast they apologize for long WAIT and they is 2 bottle of water everyday(complimentary). Not going to stay there again.

Far from airport

The staff are nice
The room is small, the bathroom is dirty. I wouldn't want to come back again in this hotel.

Right on time!

Great location, great price and great staff.
We arrived in Manila around 10PM and had an early flight to Cebu City the next morning at 445AM and needed a place to rest and shower that was very close to NAIA. It was the perfect place and the staff went over and beyond in helping us. I would definitely refer the hotel to anyone who needs a budget friendly place to stay on the way to or from Manila.

Acceptable, for a short stay

The Gran Prix Econotel Pasay is acceptable for a quick overnight stay. I stay here, because it is located adjacent to the Victory Liner Station. I get off the bus and walk into the hotel. For me, it is convenient place to stay, overnight, on my way to the airport, the next morning. For me, their would be no other reason to stay in this hotel. I cannot even say, it is a bargain. Sure, it is budget priced, but, that is overshadowed by its significant faults. Some problems; poor air con, plumbing (could not turn off water, completely, resulting in water running constantly), no window, noisy (located next to major street), ugly rooms, tv (4channels, infomercial channels), tasteless breakfast and hard bed (0ne step above sleeping on the floor). I stay here because I get into Manila, late in the day. I don't want to take another taxi to another hotel. It is easy to wake up, hop in a taxi and go to the airport. No other reason to stay here. I did think the staff was friendlier the last time, I stayed.

Not a happy camper

Location, friendly staff
Very cramped, according to advert the room size is 15 square meters, the room we were given was half that. It was good for studio! Very noisy, facilities are getting old. Hot water was not. Only 1 of the 3 electric outlets worked Breakfast only starts at 7am, much too late

Excellent Place to Stay

Cleanliness; Positive Performance; Excellence in Standard
I did ask for a room that is away from the window. The location of the hotel is in the main artery road of Pasay (excpect the sounds of the horns from the buses and jeepneys + Light Rail Transit.)My room is cozy but expect the smell of the mildew since there is NO window. Open the door for 15 minutes and good to go. Aircon and TV is in good condition. The room is old but staying in the hotel to get by to your next journey is alright. There are NO close restaurant. You have to take a 10-15 minutes walk and it is very dangerous at night. Buy everything you need in your room during the day and bring it to your room. Breakfast is alright. Management should make sure the food is serve hot and warm before giving it to your guest especially the food that comes with rice. Too cold and greasy.

fair price. right location.

Location, Budget Motel, peace of mind
Speedy check-in especially when there is prior reservation. Rooms, stayed at Room 202, are a little cramped but tolerable. Shower heads needs to be replaced and the water temperature is a guessing game (gets really hot during day time and not hot-at-all at night). Security is a little questionable given that there is no doorman. Slim pickings on meals but there is a 7-11 shop less than 100' away. Great for those on-the-go and on a tight budget.
