Cheap stay but restless sleep!

Price, near airport, available
5.3
The booking and check-in was smooth. The room was very small and old/outdated furniture. The location near the Airport was convenient. The worst part was the most important- could not sleep. After a 25 hour trip traveling from the U.S., my 5 year old daughter and I were needing rest. Unfortunately, did not get any. The bus terminal is immediately across the street. The hotel has very thin walls and windows so we not only were kept awake from the bus engines but by every conversation outside as well. BUYER BEWARE!! In this case you get what you pay for!!

My husband and I booked a deluxe room online on our way into Manila. Upon arriving, we were told that they didn't have any more deluxe rooms available but they would upgrade us to a family room at no additional cost. That was the only positive thing about our stay. The air conditioner swing did not work so it was warm in the room, the water temperature and pressure in the shower was not consistent, the sisig dish I ordered tasted "funny" according to my husband, and the parking was inadequate when you have more customers with cars than parking space available.

Fine for a one night transit

Close to bus terminal, clean, helpful staff

Just spend one night and left early in the morning by bus to travel north. Hotel is right next to the Victory Liner bus terminal. Good way to escape before rush hour from manila. Hotel was fine for a one night stay for that purpose. Staff was friendly and helpful. Jollibee and supermarket across the street. Just be warned that the surrounding area of the hotel (Baclaran) is one of the poorest and less safe areas of the city, especially at night. Mall of Asia is about 10 minutes by taxi (depending on traffic).

worst hotel ever

it was worst. my exhaled breath is cooler than their ac. it was so hot in the room we had to change hotels. do not even think about booking a room here. it's not worth your money. staff is rude and incompetent.
Mike A. Couples New Zealand, April 25, 2015
Good place to catch bus

1. Location to bus station....right next to it. 2. Price was very cheap. 3. Close to markets and shopping and airport.

Lovely staff. Room was extremely small and the WiFi was weak. No hot water in the shower and the basin hardly worked. Good location for Baclaran market and bus stop. Overall an OK place to sleep before the next stage of our trip.

The rooms were too small, the slippers are already used by other guest which is very unhygienic, one towel was provided for two guests and staffs are not so accommodating.

Courteous staff

Helpful staff, vegetarian breakfast option

Got in at midnight, checked in quickly. Unable to access internet from my room, and it disconnected several times even from the lobby. My room was evidently facing the bus station and street as I heard large vehicle brakes all night, as well as felt the wall vibrating when a bus rolled by. There is no elevator, so it was helpful that staff carried my suitcases up, and I was able to handle them coming down the next day. The staff were very helpful in meeting my dietary preferences as well as allowing me to utilize the lobby after checking out.
