I rarely give bad reference about any hotel I've been to, however I feel the urge to warn you all travelers by writing this comment so no one has to suffer like I did. This hotel must date back to the 1980s, without any recent renovation. The room shocks me with bad ordor, dirty bed and tower, and guess what, it is small enough to make me feel like I'm staying in a capsule, not a room. The water on the bathroom floor just won't go away, If you stay for more than one day, you can swim in the flood in the bathroom floor. And the most wonderful thing is that the hotel doesn't provide you with a blanket, leave you to freeze in the coldness of the AC. The receptionist said they only have bed sheet for you to get by the night, which is a dirty sheet of cloth used to cover the bed, and it's as thin as an A4 paper, great! And guess what, they do recognise the desire for a blanket of their beloved customers, so they offer to "rent" blanket for 100 peso per night, this is more like a joke huh? And one more thing, if you love insects, staying in this hotel is a chance for you to practice your habit, you will have a chance to sleep with cockcroaches wandering around partying all night. All in all, my stay there was only one night but the very next morning when I checked out of that hotel room, I felt like I was getting out a prison cell.

Memorable (for all the wrong reasons)

Elevator worked - Close to mall - Close to St. Lukes Hospital

14" step down from bathroom to floor , no bath mat. I slipped on flooded floor and broke two ribs and scapula. Slash on elbow. My wife called front desk for help, we got no response. Hotel wanted 100 pesos to rent a blanket. room was dusty (not clean). We stayed 5 nights maid never brought any cleaning product into bathroom to clean. Kitchen called every night to ask if we'd be ordering food (funny no menus in the room to order from). Hotel hell my worst nightmare. Never again!

Great location, small room, no window

location, budget-friendly

Perfect location for single male traveller. Small room is only good enough for 1 night. Close enough to airport. Near nightlife action, macdonalds, 7-11, and Robinson Mall.

The stay was nice. This was a clean budget hotel.

Close to Malls/Shopping and Restaurants. It was quite and clean. Nice size restroom and clean.
7.7
We enjoyed the quite room we had. Some neighbors were noisy, singing and slamming doors, but we had no windows, so we never heard Jeepneys or motorcycles, which is a huge plus. The room was clean, and the restroom a nice size, compared to other hotels we have stayed. The free breakfast was nice, Ive had better, but it was very adequate for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy how nice they were. We would stay at this hotel again in the future. It was also 4 blocks walk to the US Embassy. I didnt even need to take a taxi, but had to walk the bridge over the highway. Took only 10 minutes to walk to the US Embassy. It's 2 blocks from the Robinson Mall Malate, which has hundreds of shops and restaurants. The only thing I didnt like was the bedding itself, it was was not that comfortable and covered with plastic. It only had a sheet to use for covers. The aircon worked great and was adjustable.

Fair; Rooms should be cleaned up daily

strategic location, public transportation available, quick check-in service
5.7
Rooms are not cleaned daily. Hotel should provide at least 2 clean glasses or cups. Bath towels and bed linen are old and have already discolored. Replacement is in order.

Great place to centralize your activities

Location, Staff, Breakfast
8.3
This hotel is a great place to stay on a budget. The included breakfast really saved us on food costs. The only drawback was the internet connection. The hotel seriously needs to address this. From what I was told, it was the carrier from outside that was unreliable. I planned to do some work and ended up working from a Starbucks at the mall.

Nice place at a great price.

The room was clean. The price was great. Wait staff very courteous and easily understood.
8.3
The stay was very good. Three children with us (ages 13,12, 2). The room was clean, a/c worked well, hot water was plentiful, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the price was very good. This is not an upscale motel but is aimed at price conscious persons wanting basic, clean, and reasonable rooms. The location is close to Rizal Park and U.S. Embassy but off of the main road, so the surroundings are typical Manila - close quarters with a variety of everything nearby.
