Happy travellers.
The Staff are very friendly & professional. We really appreciated the fact we were given a late checkout. I would return to this hotel. The location is excellent. A free shuttle to the Discovery Shopping Mall Kuta is another bonus.

Friendly staff
The room is big and clean ,we choose sea view suite primer with spa package but seaview is very far from our room. The receptionist from the spa are friendly therapist need to improve their massage skills I had body aches after the treatment. Not worth sgd300 for 1 night stay.

Great location and great rooms
We stayed for three nights was a great hotel at a great location we did have problems with our room aircon and then when moved there was a rooster waking us up at 5.30am, we also asked for late check out as we arived at 3am the first night we thought they would let us stay untill we needed to go airport at 11pm but the latest they could check us out was 3pm.... Wasn't very fair as they had messes us around with the room change at 10pm the night befor... Also the happy hour needs to be extended to all bars including the swim up bar. I don't see why they have happy hour at bar next to beach but not the swim up bar....... Overall a great stay thanks

A day stay at Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort
My partner and I stayed over at Grand Aston for a day before departing the very next day. Staffs are courteous and polite, no doubt about their customer service. Very good WiFi connection I would say. Breakfast at the restaurant was simply good. Didn't had a chance to spend time at the pool (facing the beach) as we went to Kuta in the afternoon for shopping and food after we checked in. They provide staggered hours of free shuttle service to Kuta, approximately 30mins journey depending on traffic conditions. Last service from the hotel is 6:30pm if I recalled correctly. The Deluxe Room we had is sort of a Balinese style type. The room had an awesome big bed, bigger than king size! However I feel the room condition and bathroom looks kind of aging. We set the air condition temperature at 15 degrees celsius (lowest in fact) but feels like twenty six. Perhaps some renovation should carry out soon to refurbish to a better condition, and maybe air conditioning system needs to be serviced. Areas around Grand Aston is reasonably populated, not too noisy nor quiet. There are convenient stores around and restaurants if you would like for a meal or two. Overall not too bad I would say if you would like to have a decent stay over a day or two.

Jason's 50th
A big thank you to Shinta, Tami and Wijana for making Jason's 50th so special. Flowers, cake and decorations in the room, dinner on the beach. Thank you for all. Love this place, staff very friendly, breakfast is great with so much variety. Dont know why others have complained...we cannot fault this place. Beach was nice and clean, in fact it's the first time i have ever been able to swim in clean water in Bali. pool area awesome and the swim up bar fantastic. Very good priced cocktails and food. Lovely restuarants and the food is great with good prices. A must is the Spa...heavenly! As are the pillows, bed very comforatable. Will definately be staying here again. Thank you to all staff, you do a great job and very happy always with smiles. Thank you.

A little old m needs renevation
It's a good hotel but it's about 3.5 star as the hotel is quite old. Bathroom and the bedroom defently needs renevation. There were ants in the bathroom and our closet although they were going to pesticide on the week that we were there. Good option very limited, alcohol from the bar is extremely expensive. An average a cocktail could cost $10 to $15 dollars plus 22% hotel and service charge on top. Not a good value for when you are on vacation. The shuttle bus to Kuta had broken down for the entire week we were there and the replacement was a 6 seater car which was full most of the time. The staff kept saying it will be fix tomorrow and never did for a week we stayed. Not much around around and Resturant are very pricy. On our next trip to Bali we will defently stay at either legion or Jimbaran as there were a lot more choices for food and things to do compare to This place. The hotel advertise itself in Nusa Dua but it's actually not in Nusa Dua so you have nothing around but a bunch of overly priced Resturant. It's not worth more than $100 per night on my opinion. Also breakfast is very average and boring after couple of days. In the review i read that they have a great breakfast but that must be in the past because the selection was very limited and most things ran out before 10am although they officially had to serve breakfasts till 10:30am.
