reception look great but rooms very average
service and staff happy and helpful
The hotel looked alot better on your website than in person. We first took a smoking room thinking that it would have a balcony area for smoking but it was actually smoking in the room with no window access to be opened. The rooms stunk. We moved to a non-smoking room. Room was ok very average
pat pong night markets very good and has lots of bars and food stalls

Good location, hotel worn out
Great stay at this hotel because it is in the hart of China Town. Hotel it totally worn out.
The rooms (we booked 4 rooms) and all had mold, stains and leaking taps.
The pool is very small (and dirty) and to come there you have to enter a really dirty hallway ending up in a desolated hallway with walls and floors all damaged.
We had to call several times to get a waiter to the pool to serve us drinks or food. There were no towels our pillows for the seats.
Quite disappointing for the price we paid.

Great Place for dining and shopping
Near Sam Peng Market and many cheap market.(Pahurat, Klong Thom)
hotel for tourists , parking lot very dark and seem horror. front reception is exceptional after checked information and give the key to find the room myself.

“Great location, friendly staff”
Great Hotel, good location, staff are very friendly & most obliging & helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, great beds, bathrooms a wee bit small, fantastic buffet breakfasts, 10 mins walk to fresh seafood dinner on the street or 10 mins in a tuk-tuk to Khao San where there are dozens of excellent eating houses & heaps of great shopping.Always stay here & highly recommend.

Fine hotel with a great view
We were expecting more from Grand China Princess Hotel because it belongs to Dusit Hotel company. It was not bad, though. The room is clean enough. The breakfast is ok. Some staffs were helpful, some were not. The best thing is a great view from our room. We could see Grand Palace, the temple of dawn and Chaopraya river from our room.

Great Price and good location
Booking this hotel through Agoda and the associated savings in price made this a great choice, as the location is great, staff were friendly, and the rooms although a little dated, were comfortable and clean.

3n4d with family suite room. price is higher even with promo, but with good view.
furniture is a little old but its fine we only come back to the suite for sleeping.
breakfast is decent, not the best though.
wifi for room have to pay.
wifi at lobby is free, request manually from concierge.
room phone to call local numbers is 15baht.
roof top swimming pool is small, did't dare to dip inside as its not "singapore condo standards" - but rooftop sights are nice and windy.
Hotel Feature Tip:
its already the best hotel within china town district. but don't expect to be new and posh for the steep price you pay compared to those hotels near mbk.

Very nice hotel for the price we paid
lovely reception floor, helpful and freindly staff
we really enjoied our stay at this hotel.
staff was very freindly and accomodating however the hotel is a bit tired and old.
you definitively get your money worth though and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again
it's very good central location to see main attractions + staff at the hotel gives you a great tips on how to get a normal price taxi or tuk-tuk
