Lousy receptionist
I was poorly handle by a Indian Staff!! After check-in to room 201, in the afternoon, 30 minutes waited in the room temperature still remain warm, and room was noisy due to near to main road. Went down to reception informing them what air condition not working proper despite after 30 minutes waited room temperature still warm and sweated. I was told by a Indian Lady to be wait further as I am just checking-in. In lound sound tone, " Tunggu la U just check in wat". When informing her that the wooden cabinet door felled, She was arguing that " mana boleh, kita ada check punya" Such nasty reply from a hotel receptionist. When I invite her to go to room 201, to look by herself, she refused to cooperate. " Uncle, tunggu lagi 30 minutes la". We are here for business, we need rest and time is precious to us. We get such lousy reception. Finally, I boy follow me to room 201, he then suggest I changing room to 203. Although I am not satisfying with the room 203. I decided to take it, change hotel on 2nd day to KSL in JB town.

Average stay.
A frequent guest at this hotel.Quite a number of times stated booking requested a higher floor, if not just one level up at 2nd floor but not 1st floor.But staff simply dont bother or read the advance booking notes.Room was just alright but toilet was smelly need to use freshener maybe due to 1st level.No reserved lot for hotel guest.Overall services just satisfactory.

clean and clear
This is my 2nd chance to stay here. Although at 3am there were no electricity supply at my room but they had changed my room to another room. I like the cleanliness and the space of the hotel which is big enough for 2people.
