Great location but terrible service
The hotel is an excellent location , good breakfast and close to the train station.
The staff at the hotel aren't helpful at all when you ask them questions. Their attitude implies that you are interrupting their work which is extremely disappointing for a hotel. The Wifi is unreliable and slow.

Very well run comfortable hotel in central Rome
Big room, perfect location, excellent staff
We stayed for six days in a junior suite, booked independently. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient throughout, always going the extra mile. The room was very large (for Rome), well equipped and comfortable, with a king size bed, big marble shower and separate bath (with two additional shower heads). Breakfast good, typical Italian but with a few nods to British and US/Canadian visitors with bacon, scrambled eggs and sometimes pancakes. Best Rome hotel I have stayed in.

Good Hotel in Convenient Rome Location
Location, breakfast buffet, room quality and quietness.
Excellent location in the Monti area; close to Cavour subway station, Forum, and San Pietro in Vincoli. Excellent bacon and eggs for breakfast. Room was quiet, and well-appointed.

Central Location Of Rome Visiting Hotel
Clode to metro station, easy to go to Colosseo and full of restaurant around
Good Italian breakfast provided. There is no hot water boiling pot provided in the room so we need to get the hot drinking water from time to time from the bar of the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful to give every information about the visit to Rome with the sight seeing location as well as the tickets selling for visiting such as Basilica S.Petro,Musel Vaicani and Glardini del Vticano.

Over rated, looks great but isn't thats good
Location, tv channels, in house bar
I did not recived the room I ordered, got a smaller room and older design. The receptionist claimed its similar but it's not what showed and info stated in agoda! No compensation was given. The shower is a tub/shower not comftable at all. The room services is expensive not much diversed and closes at 10pm!! The breakfast is lame, no selection and low quality food is provided. No handicap ramp and no door man to help you with your suitcases and bags. The hotel is relatively new and very clean and is greatly located. But way to expensive for the crappy service.
