Nice hotel
There was ample of private parking space for guests with cars.. Many restaurants nearby.. Nice staff
The stay was good. Queit room with almost everything in good condition. Only the washing machine had a leak which was fixed immediately. The room had a balcony which was good for fresh air.

Stay as good...The negative part was they even do not provide a single bottle of water as complimentary and they do not provide any mini bar. At least they should provide 1/2 complimentary bottle, water is cheap only in Dubai. Guest need to buy water from outside super market which seems absurd at midnight or whenever you check in after fully tired. Otherwise, it is okay to stay. Thanks

In one day happened so many story,I stay couple of time in this hotel, always no towel in room and should call them and wait for one bath towel , 2nd so many spot on bedsheets, pillow was full of hair from last guest, 3rd in midnight start some construction upper level and could not sleep , when i went to washroom sliding because of leakage in bathroom and so much water in floor , the strange thing that all management and reception knows there was leakage and doest no care about it.

There's a leak in the bathroom flooring.. The electric stoves we're not in good condition and the microwave is not working as well. They don't have enough towels :(

the quiet rooms, the location and the staff
This is a lovely place to stay and comes highly recommended.. the studio apartments are a great size so the value for money is wonderful. Only slight observations is that the property is slightly old and some of the furniture a bit tired looking.. however this does not matter as the cleanliness and warmth of the hotel makes up for it and it and in my opinion makes for a perfect stay. The staff are welcoming and lovely.. the rooms are so quiet which for a business traveller is hugely important.. love this place and definitely recommend it.. :)
