Manners... Manners... Manners...!!!
Location, cleanliness, room
Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Bukit Bintang and surrounded by shopping malls. Standard 5 stars hotel: nice, clean and big but feels dated. It was a pleasant stay, but was ruined by a bad manners of the hotel staffs. First, we were greeted by the bell boy but once we said we can manage ourselves, the gentleman gave a long face. Okay, fine. Then the check-in. There were only 2 receptionist available at that moment. We were unattended for about couple minutes, and then a lady (supposedly a supervisor maybe) took our passport to be copied and then ask us to wait, which took another 10 minutes to get attended by the receptionist with no one in the queue. The gentleman at the desk then proudly said, "See, it takes less than a minute for check-in". Oh well... Breakfast was good, lot of good food variety. But again the staff spoiled it. Was asked the staff to refill the egg bowl for "nasi lemak" which was empty. The gentleman didn't say a word and then took the bowl away and then seems he was busy doing something. After waited for couple minutes, he still didn't come back with the bowl. And when asked, he yelled with unpleasant face and said it needs another 5 minutes to get the egg ready. Oh well... Last, the check out. This was the worse! When most guests were lining up in a queue, suddenly pack of people just roughly cut the queue by standing next to the front desk. It was getting worse when those guys were indeed served by the staff. And the worst, the lady at the front desk didn't seems guilty when we complained. She just said "Sorry. Anything else?" Oh well... This is a nice five stars hotel but be ashamed by the unpleasant behavior of their staffs. Manners... Manners... Manners...!!!

Cleanliness, affordable, comfortable
Stay was awesome..breakfast was good, room is very clean and the bed is really comfortable.. Highly recommended, located just beside Pavillion.

Fantastic location but
location, location,location
Hotel is situated in a great location at Bukit Bintang right beside Pavillion, and across Starhill Gallery and Farenheit. Excellent for shopping.

Overrated & under maintained
location but that is about it
We booked a Club Room Plus for 3 nights. The first night they put us in a derelict suite that smelled, had a dysfunctional toilet, had stains everywhere, the carpet was lifting in spots and it had one unusable bathroom sink. It was appalling & shouldn't have been rented out. After complaining they moved us to a renovated room on the same floor the next day. It was newer but the air conditioning leaked & ended up soaking the carpet. The Club lounge is nothing special. Those guests used to Bangkok standards will be disappointed. Although a big space it lacks an inviting atmosphere & the food choice is limited. Coffee is dreadful. This hotel needs to do proper maintenance not just gloss over the cracks. Very disappointing. Never again.

it was a pleasant stayed at grand millenium.. Ac was cold, bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable, super fabulous location which was in bukit bintang, and friendly staff..
