Enjoyable stay
The room was big and clean. Fantastic Rainbow Bridge view. Easy access to public transport. Will definitely book again if coming back to Odaiba.

great hotel
this is my first time to Tokyo, This hotel gave me all i need, location ok, clean, warmly service, bus to and from airport, near by easy to find many places to eat. I will stay in this hotel on my next trip.

Big room, wonderful view
Located just next to Daiba station, this hotel offers you a great facilites and view to the Rainbow Bridge in Odaiba. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They also have a shuttle bus to and from the airport, but it is not free. The internet connection is excellent. The room is also big and comfortable.

Great location
It's located btw AquaCity and Diversity. So it's good for family with kids to go to toyrus and lego dicovery center, located in DECKS next to Aqua City. Also there are airport limo, so you can reserve ticket at hotel's bell desk and the bus will be in front of the hotel.

Excellent service and spacious room
Service was great! Rooms were big, especially for Japan's standards. Near to Daiba station, however quite a distance to Tokyo Teleport station. Walking distance to most malls. They do provide shuttle bus to some places but it doesn't operate very early. I highly recommend if you intend to stay in odaiba area!

Dissappointed!
I left my documents by accident in their hotel and realized it when I was already back in my country. I took photos of the room before I left, and in one of the photos, I saw my documents in a clear plastic folder on the desk where the mirror is. I called the hotel through long distance call from my country, they answered but kept transferring me to the room attendant who can barely speak English! He doesn't even know what to look for and where! My phone call got cut, so I called again and reintroduced myself. The lady who answered sounded annoyed, saying,"didn't you call already?" Uh, duh! It's a long distance call! It gets cut from time to time!! I decided to get the email, so I can show the photo and explain properly, she hesitated and asked what my concern was, Oh come on!! I'm already saying it! She finally told me how to email my concern and I did send an email, but until now, there is no response. Guys, better not leave anything in this hotel. nobody can help you get it back. I've given up.
