Comfortable, clean and prompt services.

It is close to Bayswater station, the concierge was excellent and the room is clean.
Our stay was great. The main desk is not as friendly as the concierge but we still get assistance from them. The room is clean but the bed is not comfortable because four (out of six) of us slept on sofa beds instead of a proper bed...only one queen size bed was provided in the apartment of siz occupants. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk to Bayswater station and 8 minutes walk to Queensway station. Overall we did enjoy our stay there.

Clean and location

Surrounding area good Asia food aplenty
Given an upgrade apartment but regret it since the room was in the basement and could heard people walking upstairs.

Location, and price is reasonable. Quite clean as well.
The staff has to be trained again. As soon as we arrived we found out the fan in toilet didn't work. We rang the reception so they sent he maintenance guy up. He said he would look at it and try to fix it the next day. But it wasn't fixed. They didn't even bother to change a room for us. When the lift was broken I rang the reception they said they would send staff up to help taking the luggage downstairs. No one came after 15 mins. We were in a hurry so at the end we took our luggage downstairs bu ourselves. Useless staff. One of the family member lost wallets and passport so I went to the receptionist asked what should we do. She just tells us to go to police station. End up the police never process any lost properties anymore since 2014. This just wasted so much of our time!!!! If she knew it would be best to just go to the embassy it would save us lots of time and money (finding the police station) Useless staff.

Good location

Location and kitchenette
The availability of the kitchenette is a major plus. Negatives are the lack of air conditioning, two twin beds inst instead of a double bed and ventilation when cooking. The saving grace is the location around the corner from the tube station and close to supermarkets and eateries.

Annual trip to London

spacious room size, kitchenette for some easy food, good location
I decided to change a hotel for this year. I chose this hotel because of its room size and also its closeness to Chinese restaurants as well as two subway stations. I was given a lower ground floor room which I felt very uncomfortable and the next day they shifted me to a 3rd floor room which was much better.

House keeping below average. over all its OK

location location and location
we got there at 2pm and upon arrival we had to wait at the reception for like more than 20 minutes to find out that our room is not even ready. the receptionist then asked us to further wait but then I had to tell her that I have already waited for so long and with my wife and infant we are already exhausted from a long flight and I will not accept this then she found another room for us which was OK and when I asked if it is the same room type that I booked so she told me it's an upgrade but her tone was harsh and not polite at all. plus everyday the room cleaning was below average however overall a pleasant stay. hotel management should actually try to focus on these issues and should fix them as location is excellent and just by improving on these factors can make a perfect package.
