Value for money for hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast good. Dinner was great, so many choices, pool is big and spacious. Room is just ordinary. However, I experienced very rude F&B Manager once. Not this trip, its an earlier trip. Me, kids and sisters stay in the hotel and wanted to try dinner. When we call to ask for the price, we ask how much and min age for kids that need to pay. We werent thinking of it as a booking. So when we went down with additional of 3 kids, the Manager babbling with high pitch on our face. I told him that he was rude and he left us with his assistance. Still very rude. Never in my life, came across rude Hotel Manager. Maybe because my kids didnt put on expensive clothes, maybe. Next time I'll get his name.
