Perfect location
Sweet staff, especially the breakfast crew and Kong👍🏼. Had to extend our stay twice due our son got sick, no problem at all. Great location for shops, beach and restaurants. Hired a car twice via the hotel, a few (languages)misunderstandings as to where/when/how long..but got it fixed. Would recommend!

not a big fan of this hotel
this has to be the faulty towers of Thailand. between us we had three rooms it would have been nice to have phones in the room that work, it would have been nice to have air con in all rooms that worked properly and it would have been nice to have hot water coming out of the shower but we didn't and on some occasions we didn`t have any water. the woman who served breakfast only smiled when she was doing nothing we did ask her to smile every now and then but it didn`t work. when you did ask for some thing you were lucky if you got it. the cleaners are supposed to replace water, coffee and coffemate every day but didn`t. on the plus it is well situated the pool and area are very clean you do get clean towels every day and there is a man who serves breakfast he`s always smiling and jolly. if I was asked to stay there again the answer is no chance

Perfect location
Location, rooms and helpful staff.
We were staying in the Superior rooms wing ,that is on the other side of the street and we found everything very convenient. New building, big rooms just next to everything you need in Lamai yet quiet at night. Thank you.

Had a great eime, will def stay again
The location, the pool, the staff.
We spent a great 11 days there last week, and had 11 in our party. The location was amazing, and suitable in the hot sunny days and even when it rained. Also the staff were awesome, especially Jane at reception who bent over backwards for us and was always helping out with a huge smile and great attitude, and also King Kong who's positivity and smile were always appreciated. We had a Deluxe room which was quite basic, and not much different from the one my mother stayed in for half the price, but we are planning on coming back. Great pizza and really good staff, along with the best location in Lamai. Do note that there are two hotels, on either side of the road, so if you have a group booking, try and specify you want to stay on the same side. THANKS GUYS!

Good photoshop skills!
Nice pictures, nice taglines, great advertising!
Disappointing. Crappy bed, dirty old bathroom and bad cleanliness overall. Hotel is 100 meter from the beach behind another hotel. The place needs a lot of improvement on the rooms, pool and all the other areas. Everything is either broke or dirty. Not a problem if pricing and stars are adjusted to the actual state of the hotel and service. Better look around if your willing to spent the kind of money this hotel asks. You'll find places a lot better!

Ok stay- 1 min walk to beach
Location; Affordable; near shops & restaurants
Stayed at the standard room which was on the further side of the beach, across the road. Room was old and bed was a little hard but you got what you've paid for. The other side near the beach was much nicer- room & pool look nicer w/ higher standard.
