Nice and clean hotel

Friendly and Clean
the first impression on this hotel is the cleanliness and service from the staff. the rooms was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was good. its just 10 mins of walking to venetian hotel that you can shop and eat all the local macau food that available in venetian hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: For those who wish to visit famous eating places in main town area, you may need to walk around 30 - 40 mins and mostly need to take a cab.

Underwhelming, no Wifi, dirty carpeting

Walking distance to the Macau Marathon start line
Room carpeting was dirty. Staff had limited English. Breakfast buffet was limited and uninteresting and cheap. Overall the hotel was underwhelming especially considering the price. Underachieving and overpriced. No Wifi in the rooms and Wifi was broken in the lobby. Location was good in that you could walk to the start of the Macau Marathon.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: You can walk to the start of the Macau Marathon from the hotel.

Good hotel and fantastic service

Rooms and extras
Very good hotel next door to the galaxy. Club and karaoke all a bit men's clubby I think but separate to hotel so no issue. A long walk through to venetian or city of dreams but it was Easy to get taxis. Good food and spacious rooms.

Great Value For A Gorgeous Room

The room we stayed in was perfect for a romantic getaway.
The hotel is simple and rather basic compared to the other more established hotels in the area. However, it's great value for money for a spacious and well-designed room during your stay. There are seedy entertainment facilities which are discreet, so perhaps if you have a family - go to the Venetician for family-orientated activities instead.

Small hotel, little service

Near to the Galaxy to eat and to take the bus
i stayed 3 days in this small hotel, with little comfort for its small room and small beds, though the facilities were not torn out, but the food is not good enough for a 5 stars hotel; and the room service is poor too; so i had to walk all the way to eat in the galaxy. few taxi and infrequent shuttle bus available.

Great Location but thin wall..

Located next to Galaxy Hotel, where my conference at. Good location.
Hotel receptionist was not very helpful compared to Galaxy Hotel, asked her about how is the exchange rate of Macau money vs Hong Kong Dollar. One suggestion, if you really need to know more about Macau, go to Galaxy Hotel next to this hotel, they are very helpful. Breakfast was alright except the queue for the toast machine, they really need to change that toaster, I have to toast the bread for 4 times to get to the right color. Bus driver is super friendly (provided if you speak cantonese), got around the town with his help.
