smelly room and rude reception
first day arrive, everything seems ok. but the second night after return from outside, the moment i step into the room, the whole room smell like someone just pour the poop. went down and complaint, the reception was laughing so hard after requesting for the change of room. end up they just brushed me off and says rooms are full. and that night, the whole night, the aircond water was dripping the whole night. upon check out, the lady told me to wait as they had issue the open transaction for deposit. waited for good 15 mins, was surprise how come was not called. end up, she just says "oh, i dont know." i was so piss off. definitely NOT GOING BACK ANYMORE! RUDE RECEPTION, HORRIBLE ROOM SMELL

The customer service in this hotel is awful due to high occupancy. Room type booked thru agoda is not available and been told to change to other type. Confirmed booking do not apply in this hotel. Breakfast is a nightmare, no place to sit and food are not replenish. Not recommended, better hotel near the vicinity of the area.

Reception people so rude and bad attitude
They said 'NO' again And If i ask some question, they not answer to me and don't give any infomation. We paid deposit but they forgot and they said that It's your falut we lost pay on bill. Suxks this hotel
