Location only

Location, location, large room
Hotel location is good, good for solo travellers, many night clubs & bars around, oposite is SM market, rooms are big but durty/old room, sofa, towels, no safety box in room, due to music outside cannot sleep till morning.

Convenient Place

Near to shopping malls, near to night market and easy access to local foods stalls behind the hotel
Was at makati from 18.09.2015 until 23.09.2015 and the staffs there quite friendly and nice...swimming pool was quite small and the gym are outdated...surroundings were great with shopping mall and night market

A Good Budget Hotel

1. Their Buffet; 2. A staff at the Front desk who was sharp, by that, I mean she was quick and helpful in changing my booking if I had to change it and I got the same rate when changing it; 3 A staff
Let me continue with above 3 best thing about this hotel. I already stated 2. The third is another staff who worked in the ground floor restaurant where they did Buffet. His name is Lyndon and he absolutely had great customer service skills. He engaged me in conversation, explained to me the buffet menu especially the filipino food that were served and was good at his waiter job of ensuring that I got it as soon as I asked. e.g. water or refill of my water or if a food item was gone, he alerted me that they had resupplied or gotten some more, etc. Housekeeping was quick in supplying me with extra towels or toilet paper when I needed it quick. I realize that there is more to be done to upgrade this hotel, like changing the carpet. ensuring no leaks in the plumbing. more relevant training of new front desk staff or partner them with more experienced front desk staff who knew how to handle unexpected guest questions like how to change booking with a booking company and not charged extra or new charge different from the original charge and elevator to ground floor shud be a little faster.
