it maybe not the worse ..bit really bad .
Who is going to stay there ,honestly. I don't recommended ,single room looks okay for the price.it is kind of Indian style accommodation.why I don't like it. Usually you go to the reception .no one there.before noon time or anytime. I did my check in by my self ..crappy room with mass.really India style if hostel not clean it..dorm room ...only two is good..only one fan ..no reachable plug in...dirty blanket.. man.I stayed 100b house. this bad..whoever run this place .pls do something if you still want any business.. 100b估计是清迈非常差的住宿。千万别去 。

From the minute we walked in it felt unwelcoming, we were given the keys from someone who wasn't even working there. We got to the room and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a good 7 months ( floor, bedding, shower room was dirty and so unclean). We were then given our towels which again also looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Flies and little tiny bugs everywhere. Just to top it off we then had no water and then when we did finally get water back the sink leaked. I know your only paying pennies for the stay but we have been travelling for a month now and haven't come across such a disgusting place. You expect it to be real basic but not dirty like this one.

Didn't dare to shower

the location.
Although the place is located in the heart of Chang Mai's Old City, everything is improvised and poorly done. Our room was full of things the staff need to put somewhere (old door knobs, keyboards, electronic devices etc). Most certainly the room was not cleaned in between guests as it was obvious on the appearance. At check out the receptionit was pass out on the sofa with last nights party all around him, left the key on top of him. Definitely not a place to be consider until some serious changes are done.

Fine for the cost

The people were chill and very friendly, also plenty of a front lounge to pan aday from easily.
Just fine. Super cheap spot, but still friendly staff, if half sleepy half not even there. Hey, it's alright for a strictly budget spot. No worries, I'd go back with a smile.

Trust the Bad Reviews

This is the dirtiest guesthouse we stayed at on an eight month budget trip across Europe and Southeast Asia.

Worst ever
Room was dirty, dusty, bed super uncomfortable, bed sheet and blanket dirty smelly, toilet broken, windows screen broken with Mosquitos, staff not friendly, no smile at all, I couldn't believe this could exist in center of chiang Mai and could charge more than $20. Unbelievably bad experience. I recommend no one stays here.

Location, Chiang-Mai, amount of rooms
The hotel was runned by very loud people. During the night we could hear people screaming in the hallway (screaming they were drunk and had to work) appearing like they were in our room. Moreover, the room was not clean. The bed was horrible. Someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night as well as the staff walked into another room during the night.

Hidden Location, Not Clean Enough
First impression never met, notel look is not good, everything getting old. Difficult to find, we just book to take a rest for 3 hrs. that's fine. For overnight stay I do not reccommend.
