Horrible

how "green" they are for turning off lights in hallways.

Housekeeping entered the room when I intentionally left Do Not Disturb sign on doorknob, and the light for DND was turned on from inside for the doorbell. I left to go out for dinner during the 2nd night's stay, and came back with the bed made. Breakfast was horrible, don't waste your money with purchasing that extra feature. Architect for the bathroom is an idiot. Platform surrounding the bathtub have no escape route to drain excess water. So the water stays around on top, and leaking into all sides of the walls surround the tub. Mildew is dying to get out of the wallpapers. Upon turning the A/C back on, mildew odor came from the vents. This explains the freezing cold room when we first entered at check-in, they tried to cover it up. Slow elevators that haven't been dummy-proofed yet. Only two available for 17 floors. The elevators always stopping for people going down when it haven't dropped off the tight-packed passengers who got on to go UP first.

Beautiful furniture

Nice location, good view, hospitality, all rattan furniture

All factors are better than I expected. I arrived midnight around PM11:30. The receptionist explained well about service including breakfast. The first impression of the room is all rattan furnitures desk/chair, bed and further rim of the ceiling. The room size is adequate with open bathroom. The buffet style breakfast is mixed with western/local and tasty VietNam noodle.

Nice big room

This hotel served our purpose for the 3 days. There is not a lot to do in this area (could not find any night markets) but it was pleasant walking along the river in the evenings & there was a nice swimmingg pool on the 8th floor. We had a nice room & the service was good.

Overrated Hotel

Have high expectation of the hotel prior to booking. Sadly, it was a terrible let down. Experienced terrible encounter with a particular female staff in the reception counter upon check-in. Have made all necessary query via email beforehand but unfortunately the staff concerned got into argumentative mood when asked to confirm the additional booking for an extra night. Although the hotel management was quick to rectify the situation on the spot, damage has been done to our holiday mood. The room design was lovely especially the intelligent remote control for lightings & clock alarm. Shower facilities provided was impressive to say at most. Housekeeping was thoughtful to provide fresh fruit platter when discovered the fruits were overripe to be eaten. The breakfast buffet was average & started to become dull after 2nd day. Helpful hotel porters who were quick to be around when needed. Hotel is near to Cham Museum & Han Market. Overall, should the hotel improved on its frontline service staff then the guest stay experience would be memorable.

Nice Hotel

Overall the stay at the green Plaza was good. The room was nice and clean, nice facilities, not that many guests staying there and breakfast wasn't that great, but adequete.
Restaurant Tip: Stay clear of Aspara restaurant behind hotel, bad experience.

all worked really well from arrival through reception and really good room. was very well appointed, looking a little tired and maybe in need of a refurbish, but everything there, inc excellent a/c. no in room wifi, but available in lobby for free. only a hundred metres from the main riverside restaurant/bar area.

Shocking service no ambience, poorly lit.

Nothing good about the hotel except it's location.

reception was extreamly poor with no warmth customer service. the hotel was poorly lit all over, the breakfast was cold. there was no area map of da nang at the reception, had to insist that they print one from the net. the tourist information tv at the hotel was broken down and not fixed. one bad experience at the hotel.
Restaurant Tip: Sea food on the Beach was excellent, but cost a bit.
