Disgusting. Agoda should take it out of its list.
It is like staying on the pavement in a gutter among rubbish. Everything is disgusting.

It is what you make of it.
Good location, friendly staff members
This is a pretty typical guesthouse with an international clientele. Located a couple blocks from Tenjinminami station, near the Tenjin shopping area. The staff members are friendly and speak good English. The room was clean and simple, bed linens provided, which you assemble yourself. However, there are no lockers available, and when I checked in, nothing was explained to me, e.g. how to turn on the hot water for the shower--controls in Japanese on a somewhat hidden panel in the bathroom. Furthermore, only two showers are offered for a hostel that houses at least a dozen people. The kitchen was a bit of a mess, as well, but offered handy appliances so you can self-cater. Overall, it's acceptable for the price, but it seems like there are better guesthouses in the area for comparable prices.

Terrible, horrible, the worst hostel in the world
nothing
I cannot believe they made me pay whooping 2400yen for this terrible hostel. whatever you imagine, you will witness the worst one of all. they unfolded an extra bed on the hallway, saying that the rest of all beds are already taken. ofcourse, I saw other beds taken. they give long stayers huge discount like 1000yen per a month. I was pissed off when I saw that extra bed, but it didn't take long before I realized it was mere a part of disaster. I had an allergy when I lied on the bed. they only gave me two thin blankets which are hardly washed. and there wasn't any linen sheet. next morning I couldn't find toilet paper in the toilet and there's only one shower room and there was no lock. when wi-fi system was broken because electicity was shut down, I packed right away and went to inn near there although I already paid for the fare for other night. wanna experience some native inland african life? why don't you stay here?

Good location but hard to find
low-key
Works well for a place to lay your head after a long day of sightseeing- especially if you get in after dark and can't see how dirty the showers. Clean sheets, Japanese style beds, a sign on the door said there was a curfew but we came in after 'curfew' and were never locked out.

Near tenjin station but unconvenient hostel
Near station
I was happy to find a guest house cheap and near the station. But ! Owners were not kind, we dont know who exactly take care about the place. Nobody could speak english, very hard to find them, too full of people even on the floor no place to sleep ! showeroom was awfull impossible to use two shower place in the same time, i asked for a breakfast as said hostel website and answered i have to go to convenient store. and so many rules !! We cant go to the kitchen after 11 for example, or they kick us out ! Ive known better places in fukuoka. Only one thing can be good : it 5 minutes by walk to tenjin station. I
