Executive Suite
The location was great, close too the JR station, great restaurants and the morning markets. Although the outside of the building is not especially great all concern disappeared when we entered the foyer where we were quickly checked in by their friendly staff. The executive suite on Level 10 was huge overlooking the township, the water and Mt Hakodate. The western buffet breakfast was really the worst part of our stay but not enough to ruin our experience. The coin operated laundry facilities on the ground floor were great. Fantastic hotel and great town.

Value for money. Great location
We took the bus shuttle from Hakodate airport to the JR station and walked to the hotel. Beautiful view from the balcony. Hakodate Morning Market is only 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Value for money.

Just one night
Friendly staff, clean room and property, large room
Short and sweet. We loved the room. The staff were fantastic in helping us with language differences. The breakfast was tiny portion for the pric.

Enjoyed our stay at this cosy hotel
This hotel is value for money as the room was huge (with living area, equipped kitchen, balcony etc) and it was also near to the JR station and just next to the morning market. We will definitely stay here if we are back in Hakodate again.

Very close to JR station
Close to JR station and the night view mountain
There is a small kitchen when I stay. Very convenient. And bigger space than other resort. Also just 3 mins walk to JR station and Muji.

Great location. Wonderful view
Location, View, Friendly Staff
We stayed at the Hakodate Danshaku Club and Resort Hotel for two nights in early May. We were given rooms on the seventh floor overlooking the Hakodate Bay area and Mount Hakodate. The view from the balcony and bath was excellent. We booked two units of the Standard Twin Non-Smoking rooms as there were four of us in the group. The hotel staff were friendly at check-in and and check-out. They can communicate in English. They explained to us that the hotel would give a voucher that can be used at the hotel gift shop if we choose not to have our room cleaned. If you are driving parking is available just beside the hotel. There is also a gas station on the same street as the hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located just next door to the Hakodate Morning Market and is within 15 minutes walk to the Red Brick Warehouse. The Hakodate JR Station too is within a 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms were rather spacious for two and had a small kitchen, living space and a balcony. The bath comes with a automated tub which allows you to control the temperature of the water in the tub. The beds were large, spacious and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to couples and families wanting easy access to the Morning Market, JR Station and the Red Brick Warehouse. What we liked: 1) the location 2) the view (its stunning during the evenings) 3) friendly staff What we disliked: 1) the interior looks a little bit dated 2) small lifts
