Amazing view from room!
We were extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Jr Suite. We had the perfect view of Lake Ashi with Mt. Fuji peaking out in the background. It was amazing! The room was very spacious and we had a very comfortable stay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great hotel
Fantastic view
Our room was upgraded to superior deluxe and the view facing mountain and lake was indescribable. And its all for free!!!!! Breakfast was good staff very friendly and speak good english. Never had chance to try onsen since we only stayed for overnight. Dinner was quite pricy so we had early dinner at local restaurant opposite hotel. All shops close as early as 7pm. Location was far from nearest Shinkansen terminal but they do provide shuttle bus for free 3 times a day so make sure to check bus schedule and make booking upon check in. Overall good hotel and recommended.
