Top Class 5 star Boutique Hotel

Location, service, Room
Great service, great hotel, great EVERYTHING. The manager (i think), Stefano, upgraded our room to a suite because it's my friend's birthday! Wonderful suite with wonderful living room, bedroom and bathroom!! They even provided cake, welcome drink to rooms and helped with our humungous luggage. The location is great. Right beside the Hyde Park and beside a tube station. Everything was PERFECT. It's in close proximity to many many Michelin star restaurants (which they can book for you! wootz) and even at the hotel, they have a Michelin Star restaurant too. No complaints, maybe except the hefty price tag, but seriously, for what we got, I think it's super value for money! Highly recommend to those going to London and do not want to stay at mainstream international hotels. This is a great quiet 41 room hotel at wonderful location of London:)

Fabulous Hotel, great location, great staff

Rooms perfect - not fancy but great, staff-friendly and very very helpful, location near tube
we stayed for four nights with our four teenage children. the hotel was perfect. great rooms, not huge but big enough for two people per room; comfy beds, working tv - just wonderful. staff could not have been better. they were friendly and sooo helpful. location is right near tube. loved this hotel and would return again and will recommend to all!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: We purchased both the London Pass and the travel pass. Not sure if we really "broke even" with the London Pass, but definitely with the Travel Pass. But the passes alleviated all waiting in lines for tickets. I would definitely buy them again if I was planning to tour in London. If not touring alot, would still buy the travel pass. Easy tube/subway trip from Heathrow to Hyde Corner - which is 2 blocks from hotel.
