Warning Warning Warning very disappointed with the
Bad Management of Booking
Warning Warning Warning very disappointed with the Villa, we arrive at the Villa to be told it ws double booked, after a number of phone calls and driving around we got hold of a cleaner for the Villa that contacted the managing agents, only to be told that they have double booked us from our booking back in March.
They gave us another Villa that was ok, however this was shared with another couple and did not provide us with any privacy.....
Do not book with this Villa, you will be disappointed

worst villa i have ever stayed in!
the villa was completely crappy:
- there is a huge construction (for the next 2 years) in the garden, which goes on day and night. therfore there is no privacy in de pool and a huge noise the entire day and night
-the electricity broke 10 times a day, could not use the airco otherwise the electricity stops again
-the breakfast was horrible (only at 9 and old bread or croissant)
-dirty towels, no soap shampoo or anything
-the staff was eating and laying down at our pool with its wife
-the staff even took a shower together withs is wife in our shower while we were in the villa
-the staff doesnt speak english at all
-because of the aggressive athmosphere of the owners we hads to sleep wiith our doors locked and our luggage stored at a friends hotel, being afraid they would take our luggage
never ever stay in this horror villa!! worst place i have ever been..
bali is great and don't waste any minute with this villa

The villa doesn't look like the pictures. Maintenance is low, the owners stuff is lying around, it's dusty and the bathrooms are dirty. For instance the soap is used and I wouldn't touch the toiletbrush. It's heaven for musquitos. This villa is so overpriced! In Bali you can get so much more for this money.
The garden and pool is located next to an huge constructionsite. They are building a big hotel there. Expect a lot of noise during the day and evening and no privacy at all.
The staff is almost not around and not capable to solve problems. I feel sorry for them. Breakfast is not really breakfast.
When a second kopple moved into the villa power went off all the time. The last night power went off completely. That means no aircon, no light, no Wifi and even no water. We left THE villa withouten showering and breakfast.
Try satay at Chandi, Thai at the coffee house, grillend fish at Jimbaran beach

This place has been mis-advertised and is actually not a Villa. It has no staff that we met, and no security. You can't find anything near the house that actually says "Harmony Oasia" so it is near impossible to find. We found it by showing locals pictures until they pointed us in the right direction. It took us and a very patient taxi driver about ~3 hours (most frustrating 3 hours of our vacation) to find it. We were greeted by another guest, not the manager who never showed up in the ~18 hours that we were there. Bali is full of beautiful places to stay. Don't waste your time with this one.

Beautiful traditional Balinese style villa
This is a private villa with only a couple of rooms available to guests which I loved, mainly because I was there alone for most of my stay. It might have felt a bit weird staying in a house with other guests. Someone came in and brought breakfast to me each morning, which was usually about 9am but this arrangement wasn't obvious when I checked-in. I enjoyed making use of the living room in the evenings, sitting in my PJ's and watching DVDs - felt like it was my temporary home! You can make use of the kitchen too.
Like other reviewers have said the villa is impossible to find so you must make sure you have the owners phone number. I have said that the staff performance was poor only because I didn't see any staff (unless you count the person who brought in yoghurt and fruit for breakfast)

A lovely house, quiet though on The busy Jalan Seminyak Raya.
Unfortunately no towels, no soap, no shampoo; things you would expect
for the price paid. No cushions on the deckchairs in the garden.
Right behind the house is a huge constuction site, so be prepared
for that kind of noise!
Breakfast was a horror, oj in teacups, stale croissants, no bread.
Tried many times to explain to the staf,
alas never succeeded.
The nice house could really be a succes, could only somebody
take an effort!
Munch too expensive! Find another place to stay!

close to the beach (10min) and lots of shops
The Harmony Oasia is a very lovely villa in Seminyak.
We had the luck to be alone at the villa (there are 3 bedrooms) and had a pleasant stay.
It's not far from the beach (just 10 min to walk) and from the shopping area. It's more a villa than a hotel, so don't expect a reception. Therefore it's important to keep the owner's telephone number with you when you arrive. The villa is not easy to find because there's no sign.
The owners are two very nice guys from Hungary with whom you can also book daytrips for a fair price.
At the moment, there is a construction site in the neighbourhood. But to be honest, there are construction sites everywhere in Seminyak.

Couldn't find this villa. It is not a hotel!!!
This is villa not a hotel & as far as I could see, the owner was renting the rooms out seperately. So there was a couple(that I didn't know) staying in the bedroom on the ground floor, where there is a living room area & kitchen, and I stayed in the bedroom upstairs, where there was a living room area, toilet & bathroom. I was very lucky as I had the top floor to myself but the couple downstairs had me walking through their living room area if I entered or exited the house.
It was beautiful Balinese villa, very clean, cable tv with lots of channels. I had my breakfast cooked for me in the morning & room cleaned everyday. Lovely pool...but again I was sharing it was a strange couple. To be honest, it didn't bother me but I don't think it would be everyone's cup of tea.
Be aware there is no signs indication where this "hotel" is. My taxi driver had to drive around of ages trying to find it & eventually he manage to call someone who knew the owner's phone number. He came to us on his moped & me followed him to the villa(which was just down a lane off the main street). I strongly suggest you organise a hotel transfer or at least get the owner's mobile number so your taxi driver can call him for directions!!!!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Get a hotel transfer or at least the owner's phome number. There is no signs indication where the hell the villa is!! No one knew where is was. Not easy to find initially.

Lovely villa with excellent hosts
Spacious, Balinese architecture, very private
I stayed here initially for six nights. This is a very private Balinese villa that is hidden in a rather busy part of Seminyak. So you can walk to the market, beach, bars, restaurants, etc. Or just relax by the pool or on one of several covered verandas.
The common areas (downstairs, upstairs, and outside) are very comfortable and spacious. There are large flat screen cable TVs down and upstairs, though you will probably forget to watch, as there is so much else to do here.
The hosts are great. They had good recommendations on areas of interest, motorbike rental (highly recommended), taxis, nightlife, and everything in general. Really happy I stayed here.

legian and the clubs and 5 mins driving from the beach .
the villa is beautiful with full accommodation, tv,dvd player, wifi and swimming pool.
