Suitable for backpacker tourist not for family or group. It's small room but not a big problem for backpacker like me. I'm agree that room price is very cheapness.

Is almost like a YMCA rooms
Is the cheapest in Munich that we could get
The breakfast was nice and decent. But the room is really small. We have 2 single beds, which, between the beds, only fits 1 person. The wardrobe are those steel ones with very very small drawers. You can hardly put anything without much folding. However, there is a sink inside the room. We couldnt ask for more because this is the cheapest we could find that is accessible to town. Its location is like 15mins walk. Even the locals have problem getting to it.

Worse stay in Europe.
Some of the staffs are very helpful.
The rooms are really small and basic. There are no basic things like towels, etc. not even a television. The room picture shown in the web is not the same as what we were given.

Now I know how it is in prison
Pretty awful. Most staff unhelpful. Bad smell, probably due to the smoking room which was always open

Oktoberfest 2014 Accommodation
Oktoberfest, social, close to Metro
We visited during Oktoberfest 2014, so knew what to expect. This hostel is massive and caters for Contiki tours and groups for Oktoberfest. Mostly young people. Lobby and common area is always busy with people, but WIFI was basically non-existent due to the number of people using it. Free buffet breakfast was fantastic, decent range, tasty and exactly what you need after a long day drinking. Given the number of party people staying, the hostel was very clean. Toilets and bathrooms were always clean and well maintained. Showers were hot. We stayed in a private twin room, which was basic, but clean. Included closet lockers and a sink with mirror. It was a 10 minute walk to the Metro, and short ride to city centre and Oktoberfest area. Takes about 40 minutes to walk instead. Given everywhere is expensive during Oktoberfest, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others.
