התקבלנו בחיוך ואדיבות. לקחו אותנו לחדר שהיה יפיפה ומאובזר ומרווח. מאד אהבתי. הבריכה מהממת. קצת רחוק מהעיר (עשר דקות נסיעה) יש שאטלים מהמלון לים 3פעמים ביום

המלון נהדר. הצוות אדיב מאד. מתאים לחופשה ולמנוחה גם עם ילדים. קצת רחוק מהעיר. יש שאטלים מהמלון לחוף הים 3 פעמים ביום. המלון שומר על רמת נקיון טובה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה. שימוש במיני בר למשקאות קלים זול יותר מלהזמין במסעדות המלון

1st 2 days there was a water leak in the bathroom whc made the floor really wet & unsafe for my 2 young kids. Finally after 3rd call, then the engineer rectified problem by changing the head of the water spray near the toilet bowl. Numerous power failure on 1st 2 days of stay. The front desk staffs are NOt friendly, not interested and very slow wth the c/in & c/out when I was actually the only guest queuing at the counter. I am Asian and hve travelled to Bkk many times. The attitude of new generation has changed. Not as warm and as friendly as the older generation! At least 4 or 5 star hotels staffs in BKK are still quite accommodating & try to deliver good customer service. I booked kalima bcos review said rooms are spacious and it was near the Patong Beach. Well, I ended up renting a car for my family of 4 to move abt. Less expensive that way than paying 300bht each time for taxis. Overall, disappointed wth my stay. Won't be staying there again if I ever were to visit Phuket. Next time I'll try the millennium

nice and cozy

We were at patong for 5 days. Trying out diferent hotel every day. Kalima was our second hotel of this trip. We were so impressed with the interior. Felt so lucky when were told the management have upgraded us the room. so happy to see the room. spacious size. excited with the bathtub in the hall...till we were interupted by the electric supply. black out few times. very annoying. bathroom sinki has problem with the drainage. slow housekeeping. love the infinity pool. so beautiful. love the the hotel lobby. hate the front desk service. slow, not friendly and fake smile. if not becoz of the people n service I'd say pleasant stay.

Everything about the hotel is great, but the only bad things about this hotel is as follow:
1. Hotel is quite far from Patong (Tuk-tuk/Taxi travelling distance is approx 15 mins, 300 baht)

Location not ideal and need better maintenance
Excellent view as the hotel is located up hill. Swimming pool is great as well. Food is tasty and nice presentation. Staffs are very friendly.

Location is the main downside. It is just far from anywhere and there is nothing within walking distance. Hotel only provides shuttle to Patong 3x a day which is not enough at all. As hotel is up hill, a lot of public transport does not even want to drop us off at the lobby. Too many steep staircase to climb. The toilet also got flooded, lights not working properly and on our last day there was a black out. Hotel staff had to carry heavy luggages down many stairs. However, I have to comment on the nice view, nice swimming pool and excellent staff (friendly and genuinely like to serve).

Just okay hotel with bad location but great staff
Great friendly staff and the restaurants serve good food. View is excellent.

Just okay only. Location is not good at all and transport provided by hotel is not enough. Room size is good but if you stay in just Deluxe room, most probably your balcony is facing a grey wall or other people hotel rooms. Too many staircase to climb so not ideal for the old and the very young. The hotel even though is new, it needs a lot of improvements such as toilet flooded.
