Lovely people, lovely stay
View, staff, food
Great stay, the lady who runs it is superb and takes time to chat and give advice. The food was also superb, the thali, cooked by the Nepalese chap who ran the kitchen was excellent. One of e best if not the best, we have had in our two months crossing India. The view from the rooftop restaurant is ace, and they serve cold beer which is wonderful after a hot day exploring the beauty of Jodhpur. Recommended.

friendly family homestay
god food and view from the roof
enjoyed our stay here with a nice family who welcome you into their home/guesthouse. decent value for money - breakfast was nice, wifi ok, rooms comfortable. TV in our room didn't work, but others had flatscreens so maybe they would. All in all, an ok stay. Not amazing but certainly not a bad experience.

Some rooms are good, owners are business minde
some rooms
I booked two AC rooms with balcony and paid for Rupees. We arrived around 8:30am the male owner thought I and my friend will share one room he took us to a family triple room I showed him the printed booking info that I booked two rooms and paid Rs he insist that room is the one I booked and said he didn't see any info from his system that I booked two rooms. He showed me on his computer the agoda page that I can clearly see the member of rooms are TWO!and I know there is no room in his guesthouse. After quite awhile he finally agreed to give us two rooms. One blue room is nice but another room is very basic and doesn't value for rupees and AC didn't work well. Rooms are very clean beds are comfortable. The rooftop has very good fort view and food is nice. After we ate some food and washed up the owner took us to a tourist shop a 7 floor old clothing shop and the people in the shop kept showing us expensive fabric and they looks very expenriced of what they are doing and repeat the same many times each day to tourist. Actually I lived in India for 2 years 2007-2009 so I'm not interested in tourist shop and tourist price and tourist treadment of Indian but they didn't want to let us go. The wife of the male owner also showed us some sarees and wanted to do business. I know many hotel want to have more business with customers but these guesthouse owner couple made me somewhat uncomfortalbe about it. The lady's smile is porfessinal when she smiles her eyes are cold and looking for useful infomation from us. When we had breakfast on roof top she sat with us and kept ask my friend and I about what job and business we are doing. I believe with my life experience we can tell when people are friendly from heart or not. I like the rooms and rooftop fort view. When we check out I didn't have change so they give us 20 rupees discount on food. I recommand this guesthouse for their rooms and recommand people do not go the shop that own will take you.

Cozy home with great rooftop
Awesome guesthouse owner, great rooftop view, comfortable
My friend and I stayed at Nisha's lovely guesthouse for just one night. We arrived via an early morning train and Nisha was waiting up for us and showed us to our room so we could sleep. Nisha and her family live on one of the floors with guest rooms further up. It was extremely comfortable, very safe, and the rooftop had lovely views. We stayed in an a/c room that I wish had been a little more mosquito-proof, but we were fine. Wifi was good and there were computers for guest use too. Upstairs is a rooftop restaurant where Nisha will teach you how to cook. It wasn't the best meal of my trip, but it was one of the most welcoming. Nisha loves hosting female travelers whether solo travelers or not because she wants to take care of you, make sure you're safe, and give some great recommendations. Highly recommended if you are a woman traveling (but also for everyone).

caring family
Rooftop restaurant with incredible fort view, really caring hostess
Walking on to the rooftop restaurant for the first time took our breath away. The vie of the fort towering above was fantastic. We initially stayed in an ac room and due to illness decided to stay longer but swap to a cheaper non ac. Both rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. pigeons and street noise made sleeping difficult at times but there isn't much the hotel does wrong. Reasonable prices for the rooms and the food in the restaurant which was cooked fresh and very tasty.
