Rude Staff n bad food
location was ok
Stay at Rang mahal was not good, the food was not good n the staff attitude was not good at all. Two hours after checking in when we went sightseeing with room keys, the staff entered the room without my permission and my belongings were checked, and when asked they were rude.

Bias in service to groups we checked out day prior
One of the staff member who served us during dinner.
Not good. They were not worried about customers comfort. They were not friendly. No Valle to park car. We left lunch half way as they were not bothered to serve. Food was of very poor standard. They just asked why we are leaving a day early. We replied because of bias and poor service. They did not bother to know where they ned to improve nor they tried to convince us to improve them.

not bad hotel
nothing special but clean and clear pool
When I was checking in, the person who says himself the Owner of the hotel was wondering around the lobby and talking to me self-importantly and mentioned bit uncomfortable racial things to me. That was surprising. Moreover, he told me to ask AGODA to send the hotel voucher to them, as they lost it. Couldn't understand why hotel side cannot do it by theirselves and the way he ask was again unconfortable. The wifi is too week to use in the room.

Very nice place and very good people.
Architecture, breakfast, clean.
Nice boutique hotel, clean comfy room, free internet, friendly staff, variety for breakfast,, good clean air and quiet place.

Hotel Rang Mahal is terrible..!
Lawn,swimming pool, and the property itself
Absolutely over hyped and over price hotel.The staff were inhospitable and inexperienced.This is the first time in many years where the hotel authority want them to pay for the wifi that you use that too in two hourly basis.The rooms were small and basic and the toilets were asking for room grossly over priced.The hotel menu is laughable,I should have attached a copy of it here...very over priced...Over all the hotel was the lowest point of our travel and it made the whole trip partly sour...Will never recommend it to anyone.

High Standard Value for Money Hotel
Quality of Service, Friendly Staff and Excellent room
From the time we checked in the team were friendly and efficient. Everything that was part of our package was delivered as expected. The staff knew what to do and when and nothing was a problem. The evening meal (outdoor garden buffet) was excellent and the service attentive. Location is slightly out of town with good access to the Sand Dunes and yet close enough to the town for comfort. Clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should. Good quality bathroom and bed very comfortable and clean.

Very nice Hotel!
Food was delicious and the pool was really nice!
This is a positive review....but you need to be specific with which room you chose to stay in. I strongly recommend you do not stay in the new wing which is all of the Royal Chambers, they don't have as much character as the deluxe rooms and it feels motel like....only pro is that they have tv's in the bathrooms but then again I don't know anybody that watched tv in the bathroom. It is not worth the money. We asked to look around at the hotel rooms and we were taken on a tour. The Royal Suite is very spacious with two bathrooms and entrance area and a sitting area but the balcony is shared with two deluxe rooms and over looks the road. The Tower Suites were also nice, more spacious than the deluxe but also looked over the street. The room we stayed in was and is the best room in the hotel. It is a deluxe and I would hands down pick it over any other room including the suites. It has two big sets of windows that over look the pool and the garden area. The decor is character filled with red upholstery giving it a very royal appearance. The bathroom is not brand new but has modern fittings and an endless supply of hot water! The service at the Hotel is great! And the food is very delicious! And not overly expensive for a hotel of that quality.

Good hotel
Nice layout and clean
hotel was very cosy and clean. The service and food was good. I liked the breakfast at the hotel but after 3 days it was pretty much repetitive so became boring. The service was very good and the property is well kept.
