That was a good experience of staying in Nathan especially we are together with a 2 years old child. The location is good. We enjoy the comfortable and clean room and the most important is, the staff are friendly.

I stayed for 1 night, they upgraded me to a suite, staff was polite and efficient, room was clean though the air conditioning was noisy and the TV a little dated but overall for the price it was great for HK standards

Excellent service but room was disappointing!

Requested for twin for both platinum rooms at the reception before we left for macau but my request was 'forgotten', hence my parents had to wait for an hour for the other room till 3pm, reception compensated with late check out at 1pm but keys given were forbidden to enter by 12 noon, very unsincere compensation. after such long wait for the room, room was found leaking water, carpet was wet after bathe in the night, did not request for new room though, toilet bowl not flushing well and choked the next morning. Receptionist did apologise but was unsincere since we were checking out anyway, nothing can be done anyway. We have paid more for platinum room but it was smaller than Nathan floor room, such a disappointment, will never return to this hotel ever. Excellent service by concierge only not reception
