Lovely hotel, great room,pool & garden
great garden,pool and restuarant by lily pond

Hotel was lovely, we had top floor room that looked out over garden and paddy fields,breakfast selection was very good,nice pool to swim and relax round with drinks and food available.We would stay there again, staff friendly and helpful, not to far to walk into center or to market/bars down on water front.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
plenty of shops for cloths, shoes andmost other things, trips on river,bike hire good only 1 dollar per day and 3 kl to great beach. old town with its original buildings, can get busy and hot but very interesting.

we stayed at this hotel for four days, the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. hotel is quiet, well maintained and rooms and bathroom are high standard. pretty good restaurant/bar and reasonably good breakfast. easy walking distance to old town and plenty of restaurants and shops in near vicinity.

This was probably one of the worste hotels we have ever stayed in. The hotel smelt like moth balls and insectacide. The carpet was dirty and un-vacummed. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the next door neighbours (and neigbours further up) doing everything from turning on the tap to flushing the toilet! The bed was very low and so hard that we woke up with sore backs. Breakfast was very poor standard and the staff working at the kitchen could not speak a word of English so could not even explain what the stuff on the buffet table were. When i requested hot spring roles, they simply re-fried one of the spring rolls on the table and gave it to me drenched in oil and as hard as a rock. The only good thing about this hotel was its proximity to the old quater. And also we made a mistake in our dates and the staff at the hotel were kind enough not to charge us for the error, even though they were entitled to.
