Great location, needs a bit of TLC
Really like the hotel and facilities. The staff that we interacted with were great. The room this time hadn't been cleaned properly which was a shame. The pool also needed a clean and the bar/towels didn't seem to be staffed when we were there despite it being open. Overall would definitely go back but would be nicer with a few small changes.

bad experiences.
First, the toiletry was bad, shampoo wasn't clean at all and the conditional quality is super bad. The toothbrush have to request myself, not sure if the cleaner forgot to refill or what. The most unacceptable thing was there was a big stain on the pillow and it looks like either chocolate or blood....so disgusting!

Maintenance !
Maintenance, Maintenance, Maintenance !! Housekeeping can do a better job in highlighting the problems that needs to be fixed in each rooms. There are many that I can think off but do they have an eye for perfection or is it just another job ? For a 5 star hotel, you need to look into your maintenance in order to remain 5 stars but its questionable at this moment..
