Great lacation
I have to say the location is pretty good. Near both Namsan and Myeongdong. But it's a little hard to find after getting out from Namdaemun station. A bit tired for me and my friend to get to the hotel since we have baggage while the hotel is on the hill. Room is clean. Breakfast is good. Dinning room is a little small, cereal is delicious. U have to put the dishes to where they belong.

Good Stay in General
Hotel Breakfast is a plus point. Local food and "universal" food choices like bread and cereals are available. Can be frustrating if guests do not clear the table after their meal although they were advised to place their own plates before leaving the table. toilet facility can be improve as not much places to put own toiletries. Helpful staff!

Fast wifi connection but Rude cafe staff
Hill climb is steep and tiring but the room is spacious and ok. Fast wifi connection, two thumbs up. Need to improve on breakfast selection, limited choices. Comment on the lady who is in charge of the cafe, at first we thought she's a korean who is fluent in english and we were amused by her. But what TURNED us OFF is when she revealed that she is a Filipina to the other Filipino guests, her approach was rude and impolite. We hope you could train your staff to treat guests nicely whether same nationality or not.

I will come back "Again"
Simple yet delicious breakfast, which I ate for three days but never feel tired. The marvelous location that nearby Mintung shopping center satisfies anyone who is a shopaholic.

Basement bathrooms were disgusting
The location was a bit far from the public transit. The beds and hallways were clean. The bathroom was a disaster. I had the displeasure of staying at this hotel twice. Once earlier in the week and once later. In both cases, I stayed on the B1 level and the bathrooms were disgusting. I'm not used to having to wearing wet slippers while sitting on the toilet nor brown walls, brown floors and a brown sink. On the second stay, the shower continued to leak intermittently for hours after use. I moved to the third floor when the staff couldn't figure out why it was leaking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel nor stay again.

Decent hotel with a decent price
Traveled to Seoul with my family for 4 nights. The price was very nice and the breakfast was included so we were happy. The room size is quite small but the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room is fine. Breakfast lady is quite cheerful and the menu is fine for the price we are paying. I would definitely recommend if you are staying for a short period of time.

Small place up in the hill
Very small hotel up a steep slope, not really convenient especially after a tired day of Travelling. Friendly n responsive staffs. Pipe burst in the toilet on second day but they managed to fixed it. Breakfast it mostly the same every morning, can get a bit un-appetising after a few days. Very near to N Seoul tower.
