The worst staffs attitude in a nice hotel setting

The architecture is beautiful, colorful and have a historical feeling with decor colors
We asked to book a taxi for airport at 8 am, had to asked the duty staff a few reminders to call again the taxi for several times and after 1 hour, the taxi still did not shown up. I hail for a street taxi which is hard to find in the hotel vicinity and had to rush to the airport arriving at 0920 am and managed to catch out plane running to the gate at the far end. Breakfast is nothing merely bottle orange juices, mini bottle water, bad light coffee like most American free breakfast, just bread on self toasting and finally just papaya as cut fruit which did not taste good.To get to the public bus n city metro, u just had to cross the street and up hoist bridge u come to the various bus stops and bus terminal. Metro is also near by within the bus terminal. Miami is a dirty city and the kiosk immigrant US citizen are impolite when you asked for direction to purchase daily transportation ticket which u get from the metro counter for US$5. Will not be back again to this hotel ... Despite I like the architecture and the environment, unsmiling staffs, housekeeping and workers

Room was ok

distance to downtown nearby
Nothing to mentioned beside the pool was out of order, breakfast was miserably basic with bad light coffee. Everything's worked slow and need repeating to get moving with this hotel despite of its sweet setting and wonderful architecture buildings within its compound and environment. Other than that, the 3 ladies in the reception building just seated pretty and keep talking in their native language. The management and the owner need to shake thing up in this so called historic hotel, it's a let down indeed. What a wastes of investment on such a property without giving hospitality services tat it's set for as a hotel or as home stay, shame shame.

Convenient, comfortable, and perfectly priced.

The price, the location and cuteness.
