Basic Stay

Clean, basic needs, quiet area
Overall a good stay with very clean room. Hotel located within walking distance to 2 underground stations and the area is quiet. Breakfast was okay but same menu for my 5 days stay.

Excellent experience!

Nice hotel and room, cleanliness and the hotel lobby! Haven't mention super friendly staff and free WIFI!
*Excellent experience! Best of all we were kinda worried at first due to mixed reviews but this is one of the best hotels experience we have abroad! *Check in and check out was extremely fast and efficient! *Very friendly price hotel that includes free WIFI/Breafast and the use of the lobby for dinner or late night drinking *Friendly staff!!! *Definitely would recommend this hotel to all my friends who plans to visit london

Soul-less and unwelcoming with uninterested staff who did not go out of their way to help and smiled rarely. Small bedroom with an ancient bed, although the pillows were comfortable.

poor hygiene!

Need to get up earlier for breakfast, the queue is long and slow
I stayed 4 nights at Earls' Court, room cleaning was terrible! My disposal contact len packs were thrown under the bed. I don't drink coffee, but coffee dirt was found on the cup and tea tray. The last night was horrible! I found the room was tidied up, but without changing towels, and I believed that the used towels didn't belong to me as there was lip stick dirt on it.

Resonable price and comfort

Cleanliness, sleep quality, reasonable price
The hotel is located not too far from tube stations (west kensington or west brompton).the room size is comfort.the bathroom is small but acceptable.Breakfast was not much choice but adequate and liked juice and cofee machines.

Value for money

Location, clean and tidy room with free breakfast and wifi internet
Spacious room with free wireless internet access and free breakfast. The hotel is 5 to 10 minutes walk or 2 bus stops to either West Kensington or West Brompton tube station. Would recommned to those who don't want to live in the busy area in london as this is quite okay area and not too expensive. Bottom line it is a room that value for your money.

Best value hotel ever

Great location for visiting our daughter; unbelievable price for the size of room, great bed, great staff, huge towels and free wifi; very friendly and helpful satff
Staying in London over Christmas to see our daughter was our reason to be there and it was made all the better by the HIExpress. The location meant there were plenty of ethnic eateries open on Christmas day. The sofa bed in the room meant Christmas TV watching was comfortable. Only criticism would be the included self serve breakfast which showed no variety over the 4 days and possibly had one of the worst coffee dispensing machines ever. Topping up of supplies was generally slow especially when families dscended on the restaurant. However other than that - could not fault the place.

value for money but not that near underground

staff service
overall I would say it's not too bad but the walk to the underground is abt 15 min. quite a long walk after a days' activities. & the mattresses are too soft. breakfast is free but the variety is very limited & everyday serves the same food.
