Within a five minute walk of Great Portland Street, Regents Park, and Warren Street tube stations, Holiday Inn London Regent's Park provides easy access to all of London. Soho and the West End theaters are within walking distance - around 15 minutes away - and closer still are Regents Park and the high end clothes shops of Oxford Circus. Interiors are reliably clean and modern with bright common spaces and internet connectivity, while the surrounding area offers the usual abundance of inner city commerce, including supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and more. Not only is this a good spot for seeing London, but day trips to Paris also beckon with the St. Pancras Eurostar terminal just 500 meters down Euston Road.

Great location, not very helpful receptionists

Location cleanliness
The location was very handy, and room was of a good standard that you would expect of a Holiday Inn. However, when I tried to check in, my Agoda booking had not shown the payment transaction and so receptionist asked me to pay again. I refused saying that I'd definitely paid, I said I had an appointment and would return in 2 hours time, and could she please investigate the matter in the mean time? When I returned the matter had not been looked into and so I was asked to wait in reception for a further hour. In the end I called Agoda from my phone and handed it to them to sort the issue. 5 minutes later I was in my room. I would have expected reservations and reception departmeny to be more proactive and helpful. Fortunately the concierge was a charming and helpful guy and compensated for his colleagues shortfall.

Close to major attractions

Location, access to bus and underground
A very typical hotel chain with a cozy room. Breakfast is quite nice but remain the same variety everyday. Major drawback is the lack of free internet/wifi.

stupid to have required field , come on, we volunteer to do the review
very short stay, overall acceptable, forget about making at least 50 character, this is a stupid computer design to request this amount of wordings. Will never do any review again with this kind of limitation , disgusting

walking distance to Regents Park, British Museum, Oxford St etc. plenty of eateries (& good ones too) within a stone throw. 3 tube stations within 10 minutes walk.
the concierge was friendly and very efficient. the price like most London hotels is on the high side. but i would recommend it to anyone who wants a good central London hotel without paying a ransom.

Great location, clean small room

Great Location, friendly staff, very clean room
Nice hotel 3 mints walk to the tube station, close to restrunts and café's , great location, the also was very clean , and the stuff were very friendly and helpful, only one con for me that the room was very very small if u have more than 2 medium bags you wont be able to walk in the room. Other than that the hotel is great
