Not a good hotel - location not fantastic either.

No features we liked unfortunately.
This hotel was the disappointment of our travels. It is quite a way out from city centre and we were given to understand that there was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the city. This turned out not to be true - the cost per journey was five euros. We were travelling with two friends and on arrival, we were given two rooms on the fifth floor which proved to be not what we had expected; small and somewhat in need of a facelift! The lift wasn't working and we had to use the service lift which was so small and as coaches arrived throughout the evening it was impossible to use the lift. I asked at reception when the lift would be repaired and was told they had no idea. We requested to be moved and this happened the following morning - our rooms in a different part of the hotel were better and the lifts were working. The restaurant was dreadful, long wait for food and when it did arrive it was either cold or luke warm. Would not stay at a Holiday Inn again.

We got what we expected from a Holiday Inn.....

Nice clean rooms, decent breakfast, well mannered, friendly staff. Great free shuttle bus into city.
We got what we expected from a holiday inn, mainly focuses on it's business clients.

Rome hotel

faciities, staff and food
when we arrived at hotel the staff and hotel itself were great. The BIG downside is the travel required from the city centre. Altho there is a hotel bus, it is difficult to get to and from the city centre apart from the two scheduled drop off and pick up points, Driving in Rome is not really an option as it looks pretty hair-raising!

Hilton Rome

Clean, english speaking staff, good location to all the shops
my first trip to Italy with the wife, the location was idea to most of the attractions including the Vatican, and many of the designer shops. the staff was very friendly and english speaking, room was of good size, only bad was that there was no internet, paid 10 euros per hour, but that is the case in most places in Italy.

Hotel grande e bem organizado

Bons quartos e boa area verde
É um hotel afastado do centro, mas com boa area de estacionamento, o que é raro em Roma. Tem um bom serviço dos funcionários e os quartos estão muito bem cuidados
