Clean & room just nice for two
Overall are okay except for the bed is too hard . .please improve on this . Room are clean and have space to put baggage and other things. Near to town. Will book again .

bad facility
1. no free towel. come on, how can one not using towel after shower? hotel provided soap and shampoo for free, means they knew customer needs shower, and yet not providing customer with towel? and this has not been mentioned in room and hotel info on Agoda.com. very disappointed. 2. unable to turn off tv with remote control, imagine you sleep with room lights off but the tv still turned on whole night. when approach hotel staff to request replacement of tv remote control, hotel staff says all remote control same issue, thats really not helpful.

Low cost but disappointed
Poor bed... Hard until all family member can't sleep well. The air conditioning is not cool. D breakfast really need to improved. No umbrella for borrow to get in d car oso. Need more improvement.

Everhthing about the hotel is good except
My stay was a good one actually. Everything is good except the receptionist. Who don't know anything, can't communicate in English, and did not understand my instruction to check out at 1pm. When the other receptionist take over, he even can check out for me. Although I m not back to the hotel . So when my family come to collect key room, they refuse to give the key as claim already check out. But the check out done by hotel staff themself.
