First trip to London

The bed and bedding were clean and the room was warm and had a hairdryer!
It was good. Once I found it the first time the journey to the tube was easy. I didn't realize that we were a bit further outside the center of London than I expected but that was ok. The only thing I didn't like was the owner being very harsh directing the ladies around who clean and serve breakfast. Seemed like perhaps there was a language barrier but it was awkward to watch as a guest.

Grubby Hotel

Only one thing - location to the office I was visiting
The hotel room was very grubby, with torn carpets and cheap furnishings. The tea cups on the room were dirty and overall the hotel felt cheap and shabby. I regularly stay in hotels - this is the only one I can recall in which I felt unsafe.

Cramped, upstair and a bit pricey

Location, Staff, Value
I was traveling through London and needed a place close to London Heathrow before flying out. While Hotel 65& Annexes was close enough. the room was a bit tough to get into with no elevator and cramped quarters. Overall a decent value for my first whirlwind visit to London.

Not expensive hotel, but not too clean

Price, location, surrounding area
The hotel was not awful, but I expected it to be a bit cleaner. The furniture and the moquette were old and the room was very small; the bathroom was tiny, old and not very well equipped. It has to be said that the price was low. Breakfast was not bad.

Awful! The room could not possibly be smaller! #12

The room was impossibly tiny, little more than the width of a single bed! What a rippoff! The room was the width of a door... literally! With a tiny bit more for the smallest bathroom Ive ever seen in my life. Narrower than a door. Awful and a disgrace for the money

Room was dated and basic. Furniture was old and worn and the cleanliness was not good.

Comfortable stay

Location and close to shopping areas
Not so safe for solo female traveller as the hotel area is very quiet at night. There was a weird guy hanging around the hotel area.

Cheap and cheerful

Good value for London, breakfast basic but ok, 10 minute walk to nearest tube
As with all things in life you get what you pay for. If you're looking for basic on suite accomodation with breakfast in London for a low price it's ok. The hotel actually consists of 7 different hotels so you may have a short walk to breakfast. The tv didn't appear to work and there wasn't a wardrobe in the room, although there was a small rail which hung over the bed. The shower cubicle was very small but worked ok when you managed to squeeze in. The kettle and supplied cofee and tea was welcome although the tea bags were loose, rather than in individual packets. The standard of decor was fairly poor but reasonably clean. All in all I'd probably use again, but it was quite basic. Staf were friendly

good stay but be aware of the sub-charges from Ago

location & new refurbishment
Though Hotel 65's a bit far from the tube station Hammersmith (around 15 mins walk), Hammersmith station is on a good tube line both going to the city center and heathrow airport. The room size is small as expected but the new refurbishment could compensate a bit...could have 1 more mirror in the room and more hooks in the bathroom. The water pressure of the shower is quite weak though.... And be aware of the sub-charges from Agoda, the final price it shown was a bit out of my budget...
