It is an Old Hotel without Maintenance.

A stinking rooms, food below average, and over crowded incompetent staff, who doesn't know about hospitality at all. Bathrooms are leaking, unhygienic, and stinking rooms and Old linen.

meets the need

Location, price , comfort
A very good experience beyond expectation as I was considering it a sort of night pass budget hotel. Only thing is that I was wondering why management/ owners take some good Artitech or interior desisnor profession advice to change a little bit exterior and interior with a very little money. Color scheme chosen depict very poor taste. Its structure can well be kept as such but with a little imagination , it can really look like a heritage hotel. Hope some one from management would read and acknowledge .

Very Poor Customer Service by Reception Staff

ambience, location, chinese food
After 3 sleepless nights, it was supposed to be my rest day and the reception staff totally spoiled it. During checkin, they asked me what time i leave next day. Couple hours later when i was asleep, again they called and asked me what time i will leave next day. Next day morning at 9am, i received another call from reception desk asking what time i will leave and worst part despite. Checkout time was stated as 12 noon, they sent housekeeping staff 2 clean room at 11.40. If they are so desperate for guest to leave, why do accept guests in first place. I asked for non smoking room and first thing i saw after entering the room is a astray with match box. Atleast room didnt smell. I was on 4 night visit, luckily i have a habit of making only first night reservation and extend it only if the hotel was good. I moved to another hotel for rest of my visit. I ordered room service from chinese kitchen and it was good and worth of the money. Not sure of indian cusinese. But Breakfast was pretty bad for 4 star hotel. Room service staff are friendly though. Overall i would not recommend it for stay. Would recommend for dine-in for chinese cusine.

Nice hotel to stay in

Nice hotel,good location
Reaching the hotel was easy, check in was smooth, room were well kept but the bath tub was full of stains,food- in room dining was good, the buffet breakfast was only satisfactory, minimal spread.Booked for a call cab in the morning, excuse was given that line was busy. But good that they had their hotel cab,but was at double the price.
