Good for a overnight stay if you can't find alternative option
We checked in near midnight and the hotel staff doesn't speak English but was able to communicate in basic Chinese. The hotel is near the station but if you are carrying a mid to big luggage it will take some effort to get there.

Accommodating and Comfortable
Helpful staff, Location, and value
This was a great hotel and very conveniently located. Our plans changed half way through our stay and we needed an additional night, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. No complaints with this hotel whatsoever. The bed pillows were maybe a little uncomfortable, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.

Great location, great staff, disappointing room
Friendly staff, located close to Shinkansen station, near all shops
I would like to write a very good review for this hotel as I found the staff exceptionally friendly. However, for the sake of honesty, I have to describe my room. I had booked a double room, but was travelling alone. I am quite used to small Japanese hotel rooms, but my room was ridiculously small and unpractical. I doubt two people could have managed to fit themselves and their luggage in there. The large window overlooked a brand-new shopping centre. The window was dressed with light-blocking curtains but no sheer curtains to allow daylight in. This means that my choice was either to stay in the dark throughout the day or be exposed to people working in the building opposite. As a solo traveller, I don't really being exposed to the world when I am supposed to be in the privacy of my room. The level of cleanliness in the corridors was also an issue. The carpets were horribly stained and certainly needed replacing.
