Amazing value
I loved the beautiful room and the location was great!!! Staff was very lovely except for one.. He was always arrogant and rude if i asked for help but others just made me happy already so overall is ok. Breakfast has lots of options and generous i think, But i am so sorry but i have to say the quality needs to be improved. Orange juice didn't even taste real, and all pastries are dry. I don't know where the food comes from because in italy it is hard to find bad food Even at cheap grocery stores... But i feel I should not complain after all the small money i paid for. The owner seems very concerned about customers and kind. I would love to thank you so much!!

We stayed 1 night. We like the location best.
Location, the very nice man at reception who checked us in, clean bathroom.
We had a relatively nice stay at the hotel considering we just needed a place to stay for 1 night before catching our flight home. The gentleman at reception who checked us in was very nice, very informative. We didn't choose it for the room, or breakfast but rather the location - which was about a 5 minute walk to Stazione Termini. For this, the stay met our expectations.

Charming, friendly hotel and great value
Location, Clean elegance, friendly
Really a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, charming atmosphere, friendly staff, nice bathroom (important!) comfy bed. We had a great time in Rome and loved our little hotel (also very convenient location, from airport via express train to Termini, short walk to the hotel).

staff, breakfast, location
I think the hotel is okay. It's clean, quiet with breakfast buffet. The staff is basically nice, and speak good English. The location is good, from the train station. However, the station is so big. Make sure you go out from the right side. Or, it still takes a long walk to the hotel.

Convenient location
Near Termini train station
i stayed in rome five days and find astoria garden well located when using train to the airport. termini area is a bit shady, but hotel is located a bit sideways. there is walking distance for most of the sightseeings, and you can take a metro to vatican. my room was small, but enough for one person. the best part is that there is french balcony to the lovely garden, which i think is nice during summer. breakfast is nothing special, but well enough.

Great location, adequate rooms, great staff
Location, location, location and staff
Hotel was great, the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and happy to help, with restaurant recommendations (and not just the touristy fare) and public transport bus routes. The buffet breakfast included was very good, lots of great tasty options and all very fresh. Hotel rooms were small but that's to be expected and were more than comfortable, and with hot water at all hours and wifi in the room, although you get the first hour free then you pay either by the minute or a set rate for 24 hours access which we hadn't realized before we arrived. Located about 5 mins walk from Termini station meant we had our pick of trains, buses and both metro lines when we needed to get anywhere which made things very easy.
