My Review
I was in Room G8. The bathroom tiles were stained. Need to replace them. The bed was not in a position to receive air-conditioning properly. There were mosquitoes which affected my sleep. There were flies at the porch. However, the location was okay. Walking distance to cafes, convenience stores, etc.

No stars from me!
This hotel looked OK on paper, but on arrival it was very disappointing. The door on the first room I was given could not lock. On my second room, the door would jam slightly open, but could be moved with a big push. The bathroom was very dirty, as was the whole room and the sheets! The towel smelt like a very dirty gym sweat towel. The TV was virtually unwatchable. No toilet paper in the bathroom. All the wooden furniture was infested with borers and some of the cupboard doors had even fallen off. On the positive side, the Air Con was good, so was the refrigerator and the pool. Overall, this is a hotel for those who are desperate and broke. I have no idea how it rated 2 stars.

Do not stay here
Terrible stay indeed. Hotel room had dirty walls, aircon remote not working, toilet was filthy, door jammed and there was no hot water. I stayed for 4 days. The manager wouldn't give a refund or change my room despite me raising the issue multiple times, in fact he behaved dismissively..Could not communicate with staff at all. Do not think about staying here

Good location
very nice property. The Staff were very helpful. The rooms were very nice.
We enjoyed our stay. It needs a Manager, the owner is too lay back. Very friendly but not promoting the Hotel, it is a shame because it has a lot of potential.

Do not stay here!
If you are on vacation in Sanur, do not stay at this dirty dump! The only reason to stay here is if you are a budget traveler. However, it's not even the cheapest place! For the high price, you get dirty walls, dirty sheets, a hard bed, a filthy bathroom, an apathetic staff, and a dirty pool with nowhere to sit. The place is deserted because it's so bad. If you're on a budget, there are many decent homestays all over the place for less. Just walk down the street.
