Very Basic Hotel, Not Great Location

Clean room
If you want to book a budget hotel in El Centro, there are better choices than this place. To begin with, you cannot book an airport shuttle that the hotel claims to have because we made four phone calls about it, and nobody could give us a straight answer. They also claimed that breakfast is part of your stay, but it isn't (it's only 50 pesos, but you can get a better, authentic meal at other El Centro places for the same price). It is located in an industrial part of El Centro, which means there are no stores, and it has a bit of a desolate, unsafe feel at night. The exterior and interior common areas of the building need some TLC. While our room was clean, it was somewhat musty and had a lukewarm, low-pressure shower. The Wi-fi signal was extremely weak so we never got it to work on our devices.

Ok for one night

It was one of the only hotels in Cancun under $100/night that was still available when I booked two weeks before arriving
I booked this hotel for my first night in Cancun as I was arriving late There was limited availability of hotels at this time also. Firstly, because it was between christmas and new year, and secondly because I had left it quite late to book. The Hotel was clean, but pretty basic. It seemed to cater for mostly Mexican travellers. The staff were lovely and willing to help where they could. The location is fine, but really if in Cancun you would want to be staying in the Hotel Zone along the beach - not downtown where this hotel is. The Hotel is fine if your in Cancun for a stopover etc, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay in Cancun.

Good service

Good service
They had a good service. However conditions of the rooms were not the standarded - it was clean and all, but the hotel looked really old.
