Decent hotel

friendly and helpful staff, close to the underground, good tram connection to Termini train station,
One minus - no free internet, but at rate 3 eur a day I guess it could be worse.

The staff was very friendly. Location was good too. Around 20 mins from the colosseum and close to the train station..the metro. Its worth the price too.

Great hotel for exploring Rome and wonderful staff

Great Staff, conviently located, clean, good breakfast
We had a great stay at Hotel Best Roma. Although I wouldn't recommend 3 people in a room, as they removed the dresser and added the extra bed so there wasn't anywhere to put our clothes. However, the room was very clean, high ceilings, and nice size shower. The breakfast area was well maintained and clean, with a good breakfast and wonderful service. The front desk personnel where always helpful and marked up a map every time we asked directions. One of the front desk guys was about to get off of work when I asked for directions and he offered to take me and my husband nearly to our destination, showing us a shortcut and saving us a lot of time. He was extrememly personable. At first you may be put off by the location and the graffiti around the area, but it is quite safe and we didn't have any problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a conveniently located hotel near, but not too near the metro.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Be sure to do a tour, with headphones, when visiting the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Otherwise, you just wander around not knowing what you are looking at or the important history around the site.

Location is a bit out.

Room is small but the bed is ok, breakfast is fine.
The rooms are decorated quite nice, but the toilet is really tiny. The only room that have a "children pool" is the one at the basement. The receptionist is very rude and gave us very bad services. The hotel is actually a bit out of the city, there is a subway station which will take us 10-15 mins to walk there. And there is really nothing around that area, no shops no food, the hotel rates is not really reasonable as well.

ottima posizione
